Tree Images

We originally hired Tree Images to remove a still standing, yet dangerously leaning, pine tree, from our front yard. They were very quick in coming out to give an estimate. Our time was scheduled for Tuesday, June 2. But mother nature intervened last night, knocking the tree down. Thankfully nobody was hurt and no property was damaged! So I called this morning, leaving them a message of what happened, asking if we needed to change anything with the time, and if it would change the price. They called back right away, said they would be there within the hour. If it weren't for the big patch of brown, you would never know a tree used to stand in our yard. They did a wonderful job of removing the pine tree and cleaning everything up! And, they took care of it for less than the estimate they gave! Thanks Tree Images!

This is the third time I have used Tree Images. As always they were a great help as I had a stump in the way of putting a sidewalk in. They came out on time and met with my contractor and all was taken care of. They also removed five other stumps and clean up everything--thanks Kevin. Great job as always

I wanted to take a few minutes to share my positive experience with Tree Images. I needed a tree removed from my yard. I browsed Angie's List and gathered the top five rated tree services. I got quotes from each company and chose Tree Images. Shane was truly professional and helpful during the quote process. He delivered my quote quickly and thoroughly. Shane was able to fit me in the schedule within a week. He explained that his crew would arrive on Thursday after lunch. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. I watched them as they removed the tree. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. They truly worked as a team and removed the tree/stump within about two hours. Shane's crew was truly a bunch of professionals and I appreciate the manner they performed the job. I feel that I got a fair deal for the price and have already received multiple compliments from neighbors. True to his word. He gave estimate when he stated he would. He was the best price. They did a great job and very quick. My neighbor was so impressed he hired them on the spot for multiple jobs.

They came out to do the estimate a few days before our scheduled time due to a scheduling error they made. They told us they were a bit busy at the time we tried to schedule, and set up an appointment for a farther-out time to do the work. That time came around, but they never showed up. We tried to get in touch, and nothing. And again, and nothing. They were the most affordable of the bunch, but I'd have much rather paid a little more up front instead of sitting around waiting and wasting my time. Because we had to wait, I had to pay the added expense of hiring one of the pricier contractors, anyway.

It went fine. They had a big crew and tore out the tree in half an hour. They put everything through a wood chipper. They had a better price than a few other places that I called. I had to wait a month for them to come out since they were busy.

A very capable and conscientious and hard working crew showed up to correct the problem. Because the original line could not be located these guys dug a whole new line working in the mud and rain. I can't say enough about how grateful we are. My lamp post at the end of my driveway is working again thanks to their efforts. I would recommend them both for their know how with tree cutting but also for their efforts to follow up with customer service.

They are really good. Prompt, reasonable, and a good crew. They are very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Tree images took down 8 trees in 15 degree weather with not a problem. Chris is exceptional in dropping the trees were they should go. The crew cut, stacked and cleaned the yard plus they took out old wood I wantd gone. Fantastic job guys

Fairly large tree was hanging at 45 deg angle in my daughter's backyard. Worried about it falling on grandkids. Called Tree Images for an estimate. He arrived within 15 minutes, looked, and asked if I just wanted it down. Yes. He put his foot on the trunk, about 5' from the end, and pushed several times. It snapped just past the tree it was caught on. He made about 5 or 6 pulls to get the tall end (15') out of other trees. Done! Would not accept pay. Kids are safe! Thanks so much!

They arrived a little later than we thought but we were not given a time . They came about 11 am and finished about 4 hours later. Plywood was put down clear across the front yard so the truck with the Cherry Picker would not sink into the ground. All went well and the tree was taken down with little to know damage to the other trees. The trunk was cut into pieces 18-24" .I was not at home at the time so I had to call them to come back to quarter the 18-24" pieces. They came back the next day and finished the job. They had cleaned up as I had asked. The neighbors were very pleased as well since the tree was so very close to there house. They did a wonderful job for us and I would highly reccomand them for tricky and tough jobs.

The tree image team removed two large trees from our yard. This process included complete removal of the stumps and all of the debris. They were courteous, professional and I was really impressed with how thorough their clean up was.

The job went very well. Tony and the crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work on the tree. When the tree was felled, it was so dry it shattered into many pieces. The crew proceeded to shred the larger pieces, and grind the stump, followed by complete removal of the smaller pieces and the shredded stump grindings. They raked the yard for small pieces of wood, used a leaf blower on the driveway to assist with cleaning up the small pieces that went flying when the tree hit the ground. When they left, the yard looked like there had never been a tree there. All the debris and shavings were removed completely. Also, in spite of the proximity of the tree to the house and wires, no damage was done to either the house or the wires. Overall, a masterful job of tree removal. I am very satisfied with the job and will keep their number for future use when I need other trees removed. Thank you, Tree Images.

The owner came out and gave me a quote a few days after we called them. The quote seemed reasonable so I told him to put us on the schedule. At the time, he told me that they were about 8 weeks out but since we needed some of the trees trimmed so that we could put on a new roof, he told me they would try to work us in sooner. He called about a month later and said they could fit us in, which worked out perfectly for us. They gave us a date when they would be out (but not a time). They showed up that afternoon and I showed them the trees that needed trimming. The foreman asked a lot of questions and wanted to be sure of exactly what we wanted, especially with the trimming of a Magnolia tree in the front of our house. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after the work was done. My only complaint about this contractor was that they seemed lacking in some of the equipment they needed. They asked to use my husband's extension ladder, which I thought was kind of strange. It seems like this should be something a tree trimmer would have. We didn't have a problem with them using it but what would they have done if we didn't have one?? We are happy with the work they did, especially the Magnolia tree, and would probably use them again.

On time, done in reasonable time. Performed all estimated services. Modified work items according to our request. Added one work item not on estimate for fair price. Cleaned up well. Excellent job. Will consider them again.

They were one of 4 companies that gave me an estimate and theirs was by far the best. They were scheduling work further out than I wanted but were actually able to get me in more quickly than I anticipated. I was not there while they cut down the tree but my house painted told me that they were efficient and careful. I did see the aftermath and was very impressed by how well they cleaned up after themselves. The only evidence a tree was there previously was the stump (that they were able to cut very low considering it's proximity to the fence). I would use them again in an instant.

It went fine. I would use them again. They were professional, polite, and reasonable. The only issue was that I had to call them after 2-3 weeks to find out when they were planning on doing the job, since I hadn't heard from them. They came out the next day, so it worked out.

He called me back very quickly and he came over and gave the quote very quickly. It started out great. He didn't follow up.

A 40-foot black walnut tree came crashing into my yard from the woods. Shane was the only contractor, out of 4, that returned my call on a Saturday. He scheduled a time on Sunday to come look at the tree and the damage, and was very punctual, polite, and professional. I also had him look at some other trees that were "suspect", and he provided a very competitive bid for the tree removal services. He scheduled his crew the very next day to take care of the fallen tree, but said he was about 9 to 12 weeks out on all non-emergency work which was fine with me. His crew arrived as promised, and did a phenomenal job with the clean-up. They even raked up the hundreds of black walnuts that had covered the back yard. The next day Shane sent a message that while removing the tree, they had broken one of my fence posts but that he would be out the next day to replace the post. As promised again, he brought and installed a new post. I typically have used the tree services that go door to door to solicit business, but now that I have found Tree Images, I recognize true customer service and professionalism. I will use no one else moving forward - thank you Tree Images!

Great service. Super convenient in that I never had to be present for any of the process. Estimate (which was free) and service we performed while I was at work or on vacation, and check was sent in mail. Check was cashed quickly (many places seem to hold on to them for a while), which I appreciated for budgeting purposes.

From the free estimate to job completion, Tree Images was professional and easy to work with. George came out to our house twice at our convenience to discuss in detail what work should be done. He answered our questions and gave us advice on the condition of our trees. We had to wait a few weeks to have the work done but this is prime busy season for tree work. George gave me a firm work date 2 weeks in advance so we could be prepared (take off of work, move a boat, truck, etc). The crew from Tree Images showed up promptly on the agreed upon date by 8 am ready to work. The foreman walked with me around the property to discuss what had to be done before any work began. And then the crew went to work and they worked hard! This was a big job (here approx. 6 hours) but they had enough men and equipment to do the job right. We have a wooded lot and they tried to take care not to damage surrounding trees which was important to me. They also had to take care when taking the trees down right next to the house but they made it look easy. Near one of the Ash trees, they discovered an inground hornet nest and one of the men was stung several times. They destroyed that nest for me so no one else would get stung. I really appreciated that! Wood was cut and stacked at our request, branches were put in the chipper, and they raked and cleaned the entire work area. It was a job well done and we will certainly call them again for any future tree work. We have already recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

I solicited estimates from four Tree Service suppliers for the removal of 2 tree stumps. Tree Images was the first to respond to my request for an estimate. They arrived as promised and presented us with a written estimate clearly specifying the Angie's list discount with no pressure to select them to do the work. TREE SERVICES representatives were polite and professional and their price was as good or better than any of the responders, based on their conduct and price I selected them to do the stump removal. They arrived on the date promised and were actually early. The stumps were removed quickly the chips were raked into a mound and there was no mess left for me to clean up. I was very impressed and pleased with the cost and service that I received from TREE SERVICES and they will certainly be my first choice for any additional tree service needs I might have in the future.
