THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR PROPERTY. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

In the end we decided to go with another contractor due to differences in price. Nevertheless, we were very pleased with the professionalism and promptness demonstrated by Molloy Roofing. Our questions were clearly answered and updates in the estimate were made whenever necessary. I would call them again in the future for any roofing job I might have in the future.

For 5 years we have had a leaky roof/chimney. Our builder had sent several different people out to fix this problem without satisfactory results. We called Molloy Roofing Co. They were very professional. They followed up after the flashing was replaced and suggested the further work of sealing the chimney. Between the two jobs, the leak has been completely eliminated. We highly recommend this company; just wish we would have contacted them sooner. This work took place in April 2006.

It took a while for them to get to us, but I guess when you're the best, your services are in demand! The work was good as always.

Great job and prices are great, low bidder and better product. Did the job on time.

We cannot give enough praise to Molloy Roofing. The staff at the office was always helpful and on top of our project. Kevin, the estimator offered a very detailed and informative proposal. He worked with us throughout the project, accommodating all our requests and addressing our concerns. He always gave honest advice we felt we could trust. Moreover, their prices were comparable to other estimates we received. The crews were fabulous. Very professional, on time and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Gary and Victor put in a tremendous amount of work on the box gutters. They were very friendly, kept their eyes open and spotted some problems with standpipes and other aspects of the roof, and did a great job. We intend to hire Molloy again, next year to finish out the remaining roof on our house.

Chimney flashings were replaced due to roof leak. Everything looks OK after a few heavy rains. Company rep promptly returns phone calls.

WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MALLOY'S CREW. THE WEATHER WAS VERY HOT/SUNNY AND CREW WAS STEADFAST. THEY PLAYED THE RADIO AT LOW LEVEL & TRIED TO BE AS UNOBTRUSIVE AS POSSIBLE CONSIDERING THE CHAOS RE-ROOFING CREATES.

Very good experience. Contractors were timely, friendly, and helpful. Cleaned up and explained all work to me. Slow on billing for work, but a non issue.

The roofer was very detail oriented and communicated frequently throughout the process. Receptionist wasn't too savvy though.

I was very satisfied with their exceptionally prompt response and thoroughness.

They had to come back several time and were good about that and did fix. They prompt and professional.

Experience was quick and painless. They came to give an estimate and offered to fix the problem right then and there. Cost was very affordable.

VERY HELPFUL, IN MAKING SHINGLE SELECTION, WISE ADVICE, VERY PERSONABLE. THEY HAD DONE A GREAT JOB SERVICING MY SLATE FOR YEARS. WORKED QUICKLY, ONE SIDE AT A TIME AND CLEANED UP (MESSY SLATE) DAILY. ROOF LOOKS & PREFORMS WELL, GREAT JOB, CAN'T EVEN TELL FROM THE YARD, THEY HAD BEEN THERE. VERY PERSONABLE, PROMPT. THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS, AND ARE REALLY HELPFUL AT ADVISING YOU ON CHOICES.

Service was prompt and efficient. Our problem was explained in detail, with the recommendation that we not replace the gutter, as it was not damaged. We respect the provider for sharing that information with us. The repair was done carefully, and no landscaping was disrupted. The result was flawless, and we have had no further problems. We have used this company on two other occasions, with equal satisfaction.

About a 12 week wait to have work done. Work was done very professionally. They want to get it right and made sure to tell us to call if something was not to our satisfaction. Even found a Molloy employee out inspecting the work after it was completed. Third time that we have had this company perform work on our roof. Excellent workmanship.

They came out and fixed a clog in the gutter that was causing the roof leak. They did a great job and I would definitely use them in the future!

They were very responsive. They came out to the house in about a day or two after we called. Their bid was very professional and easy to understand. However, we were able to find someone lower so we had them to the work.

They were on time, did what they said they would do, and did a great job.

We were able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday to fit around our work schedules. The person scheduling appointments was pleasant and helpful. The service person arrived on time, explained the damage and what needed to be done to fix it and completed the work while he was there. They were also able to send a bill for services rather than take payment on site.

The roofer showed up on time & was very professional. I asked him to check for leaks & give an estimate in case the roof needs to be replaced. He spent about 1 1/2 hrs performing various repairs & maintenance on the roof, & said I should get about 5 more years from the roof. I appreciated his honesty & willingness to get started on the job right away to take care of the maintenance issues. I believe Molloy Roofing is a very high quality & customer-centric company, & would not hesitate to hire them again.

Apparently they are quite busy. I was told at contract signing that work would begin in 3 months which was acceptable since I had no roof leaks. They did begin work about as scheduled & work was completed promptly given some delays for weather. The roof was replaced in sections so it was always completely covered at the end of the day. All ladders were removed in the evenings & all refuse was carted off each day. The crew was courteous & competent. The roof was hand nailed- which is a good thing for an old house! The crew took time to neatly stack the bricks removed from the chimney so I could save them. Workmanship looks very good. I would recommend Molloy to my friends, family, & neighbors. Molloy Roofing- the folks with the clean red trucks!

The repairman was a little late, but called to say he was going to be late. He was polite & explained the work he had performed. I thought I had an additional leak in the roof located in the ceiling of a bedroom due to some fine cracks in the ceiling, but he said there was no leak. We have not had a lot of rain, so I guess time will tell if work was done well & if there is or isn't an additional leak, but I am satisfied at this time.

HE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS A GREAT PRICE. HE THEN OFFERED ME TO DO IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT! SO I SAID SURE & THEY FINISHED IN 30 MINUTES! THEY FIXED IT VERY NICELY!

They were a bit late in returning my original call, but other than that, the overall experience was excellent.
