Very friendly service who was willing to go into detail explaining the work and the costs. Received the estimate within a week after my request and it was exactly what I needed to make a good comparison of the bidders.

Great service overall. The receptionist quoted me an estimated price, which was fair, so I booked them to come within the next week. I didn't expect anyone for several days, but a crew arrived the next day to fix the roof. The crew was professional and I felt they did a quality job fixing my roof. When the bill arrived for the work completed, it was lower than the original estimate, which was nice. I would definitely hire Molloy again.

They were flexible. They called on a Wednesday as we were heading out of town to stop by. When told when we would return and what days off I had they arranged their schedule around mine. Work was done well. Both men were very pleasant and explained exactly what they had done. They were very helpful answering my questions.

Went with another contractor because of the price. This was a small easy job, so I based my decision on price alone. I will probably contact Molloy in the future to bid on other roof jobs.

They did a great job fixing my roof. I called them about some missing shingles and they were here in less than a week just like they said. Fixed my roof and were gone. I would strongly recommend them again.

Called in mid March and was informed that the contractors come out to the house, prepared to repair if possible, so I would be charged for the visit. I was told that they were backed up and would schedule me in a week or two. They would not commit to a particular date or time and since I work, I was on-call. I was also told that once called, I would have to drive home from work to meet with Molloy within the time it took them to get to my home. After two weeks and not hearing anything, I called back. The office person informed me that someone would show up sometime the following week. Once I got the call from Chip the next week, everything went fine and I trusted his work. The professionalism was great. The interface with the office was very frustrating. If Molloy would change their practice and give me a target date and closer to the date, provide a target time and some follow-up, my review would have been an A.

Did a terrific job. Cost was right on target. They did all the work, they said they would, with little supervision. Our only beef was the clean up process was not as thorough, as we thought it would be.

This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time! When I called to have someone take a look at my leaks, I was told it would be about a week to a week and a half before they could get to me. The next morning I received a call and that afternoon my roof was fixed. The repairmen were prompt and were very nice. If I have any roofing needs in the future Molloy Roofing will be the only company I will call.

This was a good experience. Because it was a small repair, they told me up front that they'd have to fit me in between larger jobs. She said they'd call to let me know when they were coming. I work at home, so this wasn't a problem for me. Around 3 days later, they called and did the work, which was much sooner than I expected.

When the gutters peeled in a few spots. molloy came back the following springscraped and relocated where headed with no hassle or additional charge, I will call them for any additional roofing need the future.

After a false start where my initial contact was lost in the shuffle, I contacted them a second time and they were very apologetic and responsive. They sent someone to estimate within a week or so and submitted a detailed written proposal. The cost seemed a bit high, and we didn't know when they would be able to fit our small job in, but they came one day within two or three weeks and seemed to do a great job. We are now missing another shingle from the most recent storm, but I am not sure if it was one they replaced or not. The workers were very polite and performed all the work in one day. The flashings look great and I think it made a huge difference in the exterior appearance of the house.

This was a good experience. They were timely and reasonably priced. They were friendly, and seemed to know their work. This was a very minor repair, but I would definitely call them for something more serious.

Molloy Roofing was professional at every step, from the quotation process through to completion of the work and billing. All my questions during the contractor selection process were answered quickly and completely. They arrived to perform the work when they said they would and left our property spotless every evening. Molloy actually helped us save about $2000 by offering a shingle product that would not require removal of the existing shingles. We ended up shingling with dimensional shingles over one layer of existing shingles and it looks great. We quoted and discussed the project with three other local contractors.

Although we didn't use the company, they were very professional.

I emailed my request to have work done & the company responded in a timely manner. They were here when they said they would be, were very nice, & explained how they would repair the roof.

Placed call to Moloy's and they had someone to my house the next day to replace some missing shingles. This was all done without us being home. They left a note stating what they repaired. The roof looks good.

Molloy was prompt in visiting and providing a detailed, written estimate. Their estimate was better than others we obtained, because they proposed doing only the sections of the roof line that needed to be done and their estimated price was more reasonable for the work. Molloy was flexible with their scheduling, to allow us to capture the squirrels, and then prompt in completing the work (as scheduled) once we gave them the go-ahead to complete the work. The invoice received in the mail was exactly for the amount estimated. This was a very positive experience and who process was handled very professionally. I would certainly recommend Molloy to others.

Their pricing was excellent. It only took 4 days for the whole thing (during Thanksgiving week). The crew was very nice to work with, they answered all of my questions and explained things. I was very pleased with the job they did.

The company was courteous and helpful on the phone. They arrived when promised and completed work efficiently. Amount charged was less than expected.

The servicemen came out for a free estimate which was lower than the other bidders. He explained in detail what he thought the issue was and how it needed to be corrected. Although it took longer than I desired to schedule the actual work (due to rainy weather and client backload), I was pleased with the repairs. My roof and ceiling are no longer leaking. The work was completed at the estimated price. I will definitely consider using this company for future roofing work.

Molly provides excellent service. I saw their sign in the yards of other homes in our neighborhood, so I knew they had experience working on older homes. Within the organization, I worked closely with Kevin the estimator. He is great to work with and is very dependable. I also especially liked Gary, who did the copper gutter replacement and soffit repair. he is very friendly and personable and very talented. Both Kevin & Gary are great assets to Molloy. They weren't the cheapest, but the work is expert and very worth the cost.
