I thought they did a really good job. They were a bit higher than other companies, but they were much more detailed and did a thorough job. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I called for an repair and the came over the next day. The work was done quickly and the workers were courteous. I feel I was charged a fair price and I'm happy with the whole transaction.

They gave us an estimate promptly when just a few shingles were missing and then we delayed several months until an entire section of shingles was flapping loose after a wind storm. We called back with a more urgent request and they were very gracious, honoring the first estimate and coming out to perform a quick-fix repair on those shingles for only a trip charge of about $56 before coming back (in about two weeks) to put on a new roof. (Another company had quoted it as a $700 repair in addition to their re-roofing estimate.) We did not have to wait long, got a good new roof we actually love, and two other minor repairs were also performed (loose siding and repainting a vent cover). We got good information and a good result at a good price.

The company was immediately accommodating for estimate, proposal, & scheduling the work in a timely fashion. Workers were professional & careful working at main entrance of the house.

Molloy came by right on time to look at the work that was needed. It did take about three weeks to get the bid but when it came I was very impressed with the detail of the work they would perform. In fact I chose Molloy over another bid due to the quality of the bid presented even though the price was higher. I felt very comfortable with what work would be done. I just happened to be home when the crew came to do the work. So one small complaint I have is that I would have liked to have been notified that they were coming even though I didn't need to be home while the work was done. Most of the area was cleaned up but there were a lot of nails left on my sidewalk that goes to the front door. The roof looks great and there hasn't been a leak since even through some very heavy rains. A manager came out to inspect the work the next weekend. He answered any questions I had. Overall, I was very pleased.

I have a steep roof. He first went up to survey the damage and came back to offer a few ideas. Made a metal patch for a missing tile. Also, discovered a cracked tile and sealed that.

Work was performed very smoothly with one glitch. A cupola that was removed and re-installed during the roofing operation was leaking when a rain shower occurred. This device, no longer needed for attic ventilation was sealed to prevent future leaks. Attic ventilation is now provided by the newly installed ridge vent. Two cosmetic concerns brought to the attention of Molloy after job completion were corrected to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

This is, without a doubt, a great company with which to work. Though my house is located farther than their normal range of operation, they (the woman with whom I made initial contact, as well as Carl, who performed the work) were courteous, cooperative and prompt in arriving for the estimate and for the actual repair. I was particularly impressed by the following: 1) Carl fully explained the problem and the best solution; 2) The job took about two days and any/all debris was totally removed at the end of each day; 3) The actual cost ended up being a bit LESS than the estimate since he was able to salvage some existing flashing; 4) He even removed an old, old TV antenna that had been attached to another chimney at no extra cost!

I requested an estimate to remove two layers of old shingles, add venting and replace with new shingles. I have a simple cape cod home with approximately 13 squares to my roof, one ridge. Molloy advised for $3,674.00; they could remove only one layer of shingles and replace with 25 year shingles. The reason behind removing only one layer of shingles was "It would create a smoother new roof surface, and to assist in leveling the new roof over irregular wood sheathing boards; provides free insulation value and second layer of protection." The cost to have the 2nd layer of shingles removed would be an additional $1,512.00. I felt this explanation was a lot of hooey. Maybe to make the initial estimate comparable with other roofing companies???

It was great. We didn't have any problems with them. When I even had questions on the estimate they sent the guy out again to look at our leaking problem. After the work was completed an inspector that works for Molloy came out to inspect the work that was performed. He did a little caulking on the flashing, but that was it. They were able to do the work while we were not home, which is nice since both my husband and I work. We won't know if the leak was fixed until we have a heavy rain.

They were wonderful! For what they did and their thoroughness, I was very happy. I have used them before and will continue to use them because of their service and because of their employees. Everyone at the company that I have dealt with has been extremely nice. It was a nice surprise to see that there was a coupon in the Angie's List publication.

They were on time, polite, fast, explained what they did. Reasonable priced and cleaned everything.
