Molloy Roofing

Molloy roofing is always professional, and responsive. I have used them for my roof in the past.

We had several estimates and this company gave us the lowest bid. They were responsive to our phone. They were able to do the work as promised. The job took 17 days and the clean up was thorough.

They were very responsive to my call. They got the job done very quickly. They did everything that they promised in the contract. They kept the work area very neat and clean. They did a great job. The roof looks great. They provided very good customer service. They were very courteous and patient with us throughout the selection process.

I called after the storm and was told that they were not taking any additional names. The person was very abrupt. I think they could have said that it might take a while but they would get to me when they could. It was just very rude and I would never use this company.

There was no project. Mr. Molloy identified the cause of the deterioration of the ceiling as not in his line of work. It did not relate to the roof. So we sought a plasterer , not a roofer. But the identifying of possible causes gave us relief and lead us to the plasterer.

Fantastic...they were so good that I didn't even know that they had come to do it! They cleaned up well afterwords and the roof looks wonderful! They were responsive in calling back and mailing me the estimate at my request. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

After the terrible wind storm in Cincinnati, I called several roof companies to fix our damage. Out of all the companies I called, Molloy was the most professional and quickest to call me back. They came out within a couple days and had everything fixed within an hour.

I had bare roof showing after the wind storm AND was an existing customer so got on a priority repair list. An even week after the storm, I came home from work and it was all fixed. Couldn't even tell they had been there as there was no debris. I was very relieved.

They returned my call and said because of the weather conditions that happened it would be about 2 weeks before they could give me an estimate. I was fine with that. It has been 4 or 5 weeks now and still haven't heard back from them.

We had several estimates and this company offered a good price. They worked so hard that my husband and neighbors commented on that. The clean up was good. My neighbor ended up hiring them.

The job was put on the schedule prior to the area's Sept. 14, 2008 windstorm. I thought sure I'd be bumped right off the schedule until Spring '09, but this was not the case. The work was done when promised, as promised. It took five days, and if it hadn't been for my coming home from work to a Molloy Roofing sign in my yard I would have never even known they had started. This is how clean they kept things. As the job progressed, the roofers did, of course, leave scaffolds, ladders, etc. at my home overnight, but everything was always inconspicuously tucked away, and was never an eyesore. I'm not going to say that everything went absolutely perfect, but anything that cropped up that deviated from the plan was rectified to my satisfaction.

I thought they were fine. They did a good job and were very clean and respectful. They held up arrangements well and came when they said. The quote was prompt and they were able to schedule within a couple weeks. They got all the work done in the couple days they communicated. Overall it was very good.

I tried to get several estimates, but this is the only company that responded. They showed up at the time we planned on, but I wasn't able to stay for the work. They were done by the time I got home and the clean up was good. They did a nice job. If I need other work I will give them the opportunity for an estimate, but I will still shop around for prices.

They tried to find the repair but there was ice on the roof. He said he would come back after the ice was melted. He came back with out me having to call them back to do the repair.

This company and its employees are to be commended. After the recent windstorms, they came out quickly and repaired damage to my roof. Very professional and helpful. When I look for someone to replace my roof next year, Molloy will be at the top of the list. Thanks and well done Molloy.

We had to wait approximately 3 months to get scheduled in but once the crew arrived they worked very hard each day to complete the job. The quality of the workmanship was very good and cleanup each day was OK. They worked with us to adjust the workscope when surprises came up without adding to the estimate. A Molloy employee came over after the job was completed to do an inspection. Their inspection noted a few areas that did not meet with their standards and they came out promptly to fix it which was very professional.

They are tearing down my chimney and roofing over it. They are re-tining all of the gutters and replacing gutter liners that need it. So far they have been good. I got several bids and theirs is not the least expensive but I think it will be most cost effective.

The estimate was impressively detailed which made me feel very comfortable about both their expertise and attentiveness. Their estimate was not the lowest, however given the above-average customer service they provided I felt most comfortable going with them. They did a great job on the whole project, their quality of work was high and they were very good about cleaning up the work site. After 3 months I have experienced no leaking and everything seems great. I would definitely hire them again.

Job went well. Installers were first rate and thoroughly cleaned the area at end of each work day. Nice looking job with all gutters and downspouts now functioning properly. Molloy Roofing is a great bunch of folks to do business with and with the professional results that you expect. Only downside is the length of time to schedule the start of work. Molloy is in demand for very good reason!

Roof started leaking signed up for Angie's list in Cincinnati. Found Molloy's roofing and called for an estimate. The operator scheduled me for an estimate, but told me if they could fix it they would just go ahead and complete repairs and bill me. Said it would be around 150 to $200 to repair. If the roof had to be replaced they would give an estimate. Repairman showed up did the work told me they would invoice me. Great Job! I would recommend them to anyone.

It took several trips out to get the problem fixed.

Although the initial estimate was received in the fall of 2007, because of minimum temperature requirements (for the proper curing of the epoxy), work was not started until the spring of 2008. Molloy Roofing contacted me when the time was right and promptly scheduled the job. During the application, a problem was encountered with small bubbles forming in the coating. Even though this did not effect the performance of the coating, Molloy Roofing worked to correct this problem to my satisfaction. They were always very professional and focused on doing the best job possible. I highly recommend this company.

I called because I suspected a leak in the chimney flashing. They made an inspection, discovered that the flashing was OK, but that there was a hairline crack in the chimney mortar. They caulked the crack all the way around the chimney and the leak has not returned.

The roofers stood in our box gutters creating new problems that Molloy refused to address. They left debris throughout the flower beds and yard. Dave Molloy called and whined when the insurance company hadn't paid in full yet, saying they couldn't pay their bills.
