They came out and really did a good job cleaning out the gutters. They did not make a mess and took away the debris from the gutters.

First of all, Molloy didn't try to sell us shingles or installation method that we didn't need. They sold us what was needed and appropriate for the job/local weather conditions. I simply asked the estimator (a very long-term employee) what he would do if it were HIS roof. While we waited over 5 months, it was definitely worth it for the level of service we received. When the damage first occurred, Molloy responded promptly to make repairs to keep the roof water-tight until the new roof could be installed. Everyone in Cincinnati knows that the weather did NOT cooperate during this time, and while we waited longer than initially estimated, Molloy came out 2 additional times to check the integrity of the temporary repairs - within one day of our phone call. The first time we called, we were so concerned about the wait and all the bad weather that the owner, Dave Molloy called us to reassure us When they arrived to do the job, there were three men who never took a break other than lunch. Their focus was on a QUALITY job, not the speediest. They were polite, cordial, and answered every question we had (there were quite a few) with patience. We watched them work every day for a week, while we saw neighbors watch with frustration as their "roofer" showed up one day to remove and tarpaper their roof, only to leave them like that for over a week - wondering when they would see them again. Or other neighbors who used the first "new" roofing company that materialized after the storm, only to find that the installation was so poorly done that the next rainstorm blew off dozens of new shingles. Once our job was started, we felt like ours was the ONLY job they had. The next business day after completion, Molloy sent a supervisor out to inspect the finished product. The checklist they used to follow-up on the quality of workmanship was extensive. His inspection probably took 30+ minutes as he walked the roof and examined every flashing and shingle. Needless to say, by the time he left, I was grateful that I had chosen Molloy - not only for the quality workmanship, but for the great service and the confidence I have that any problem will be handled swiftly and completely. The truth is, though, I just don't expect any problems. Molloy Roofing treats you like a valued customer from the beginning on - I don't say end, because I'm confident that if I have any concerns at all, about anything regarding this roof, that they will be here promptly to make everything right.

We had a hurricane and it tore off some shingles from the roof. Molloy has done work for us in the past and we trust them. They do good work.

They did a thorough job. They came on time, and the job they did was of good quality. The price was pretty competitive as well. They were professional, and responsive. My overall experience with them was good.

Didn't happen. Wasn't interested in even putting us on a waiting list.

To be honest there were problems. They did a wonderful job, but I had a leak around the fireplace thing. I cried because this is why I put a new roof on. They came back until the roof was completely fixed. It took a while, but I have to say they addressed it very cordially. They said, "we'll keep doing what needs to be done until it's right, even if we have to tear it off and do it over again."

They attempted to fix the roof instead of replacing the entire roof which my insurance was impressed by. They are set to replace my roof soon. They were recommended to me by someone in my area. After the storm they told me it would take 2 weeks but were out sooner. They are very honest.

Malloy has done a few jobs for us. The most recent was cleaning our gutters. Our experience with them has been excellent. They give you options for how to solve the problems they're there for. And all the workers they send out are very good. They work hard, get the work done, and they do it very well. They're very professional. They do great clean up, too. The price is excellent, it's very competitive. We like them a lot.

Molloy did good work for me. I had some shingles coming off my roof so I called them. The roof was all done a few days later, they have a great response time. They cleaned up after themselves well, too. I was very pleased.

This is a company that is good at under promising and over delivering. The workman usually show up quicker than the scheduler estimates. They are friendly efficienty, competent and give good advice when appropriate.

We knew that we needed a new roof so we got their estimate, which was written out to perfection, very detailed. It gave a complete view of what would be going on and what each item would cost. They also indicated that we may need more work than what was indicated on the proposal. The wood under the shingles were bad and they alerted us to possibly more cost. They gave us a brochure of the type of shingles we could pick from. I went out to their warehouse and they brought shingles to me so I could decide the right color. They did a wonderful job! They have cleaned up very well. They kept me informed and I did at one point have a question and they did answer all my questions. They covered my doors and garage doors with plywood so nothing would damage them.

They are extremely responsive and we are very satisfied. He does all of the contacting.

This company is not accepting "new" customers.

They used shingles from the back of the house and used them on the front for a good match. He was able to do the work right then. He did not try to sell us things that we did not need. He impressed throughout the job. It has not leaked since.

They were very prompt. The work went well. They were very professional. They were easy to get a hold of. They cleaned up any mess they made. I would hire them again.

They are trustworthy and honest and stayed within the estimate,which was one of several we had received. Once they started the job they stayed until it was finished.

Estimate was right on, everything explained before work started. Very professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend & use them again.

They were very knowledgeable & professional with establishing quote. Also, when I requested minor changes at the last minute they were understanding. Also they left me extra materials like gutter guard & offered to place them for me if sections were to blow away.

Very poorly. I will say that Molloy did come out quickly to put up the temporary fix, but, unfortunately, the materials they used were unsatisfactory. During the first rainstorm after Molloy put up the temporary fix, we had water coming through our ceiling. We had to have another roofing company come out to fix what Molloy failed to. When that roofing company came out, they showed us that the material Molloy used was basically felt-paper and it did nothing to keep our roof safe until a permanent fix could be done. I was very disappointed that Molloy did not do a better job in protecting our roof from further damage. Now, not only did we have to pay Molloy $200 for a poor quality job, we also had to pay another roofing company to come out and do a proper job and will eventually have to pay someone to fix our ceiling where the water came through.

This company came at the appointed time, unlike the other company I tried to contact. When I told them I was part of Angie's List, they came out. I was so happy that they worked me in. They did a good job on my repairs. They came to do the work even though they were so busy. I would definitely have them back to do more work.

We had a chimney leak on our house and we had water leaking into our second floor, which is our main floor. It was one of those hidden leaks. I called them and they were out within two days. They found that there was cracking up in the top of the chimney. A crew of two people came out to repair it in less than two hours for about $375. I told them that if I ever need to re-roof they get first shot at it.

We had what appeared to be an old shingle patch on the back of our garage. It was hidden where you couldn't see it from the ground. They foreman of the crew who installed our gutters said it looked like the decking was getting wet and that we ought to have it repaired. So I called Molloy, I liked their references, I liked their rating and that they were a family owned company. They came out within two days of me contacting them, with a crew of two people. They charged me less than $125, so it was minor but other people would have charged a lot more just to come to the house. That was about a year and a half ago.

They were good. This was the only time we used them and they came out promptly.

Whenever I have roof problems I always call Molloy. I use them because I find their prices to be comparable. They are a family-run business. They're very professional and polite. I just really like them. The quality of their work is excellent and if they have done work for you before they consider you one of their people.
