Completed the job in the specified time despite heavy rains. Very professional, organized, and efficient. They even cleaned up debris from the storms!

The roof appeared to have a leak because water was leaking trough a vent in the roof overhang over the front door. I called them on a Monday to give me an estimate. Molloy said they would send a service person to inspect the roof and give me an estimate if he could not repair the roof during his inspection. The serviceman inspected the affected area and gave me an estimate of what needed to be done an the approximate cost. He straighten the gutter and reatteached it to the roof. He let me know that the roof had not leaked into in the attic. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, the speed with which it was done, the professionalism of the serviceman, and the cost of the work.

The request to Molloy was handled efficiently. They scheduled us within two weeks of our initial call. They not only cleared the gutters as requested, they identified a problem without any prompting from us that solved a longstanding leakage problem. We've had numerous contractors who incorrectly diagnosed the cause of water leakage in our first floor laundry room and we've had no further leaking since Molloy finished these repairs.

Job completed with minor delay due to weather. Job started ahead of schedule by several days.

Molloy lost my return acceptance of their bid which delayed the job. But when the oversight was discovered the job was expedited. It was a complicated fix requiring considerable custom work. The two workman who handled it took all day and did it right. No more water where it shouldn't be.

They were professional polite and I will use them in the future.

They were very professional and did a really good job. They answered all of my questions and did everything that I asked of them. I was very pleased overall.

They answered the call and came for a bid without any delay. Bid was good, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The bid included higher quality items and specifically noted construction technique that was better than other bids. They started on time but there were numerous delays due to heat and weather and they put in far more half days than full days of work. I drove past roofers working all over my area on the same days that they claimed the weather required them to leave at noon or not to show up at all. I feel that most of the delays could have been shortened or in some cases avoided (thus the B rating not an A). However, the job was completed and the end result is fine. The roof looks good and they cleaned up after each day leaving no mess or material on the ground. The workmen were polite and as unobtrusive as possible under the circumstances. I would use them again and have referred them to others As I noted, they stated that the delays in completing the job was weather related but I feel that they were actually working on other jobs that affected the timeframe to complete my job.

The job was done in one day and I'm very satisfied with the results. With the heavy rains we have had since the installation and repairs, there have been no leaks. They did an excellant job matching and replacing the flashing and shingles. There was a over a six week period between estimate and completion, but given the heavy rains we had in this spring, their back log of scheduled work (they did warn me it could take from two to six weeks) and the delays in ordering the replacement skylight, that was understandable. An extra bonus was that the job was completed for less than the original estimate of $1249.00. However, they need to improve their communication with the customer. There was no response to my Emial request for a quote and I had to call their office a couple times to get someone out to review the work needed and get a quote. On the day they completed the repairs they arrived at the house unannounced, allowing me no prep time or to schedule time off work to be there should they have needed access to the inside of the sunroom. I came home from work for lunch and found them on the job. Fortunately, all the work was completed outside and they didn't need access to the house. The two gentlemen who did the work appeared to be fast, efficient and very professional.

Great experience. They squeezed me in on a day they were full but knew I was going out of town and wanted to help me out. Roof no longer leaks. Didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Then Dave Molloy himself faxed me a letter backing up their work so I can include it in our papers closing our house. Very reasonable people!

I initially called Molloy back in Oct of 2009 to fix two leaks (one in the front of the house and one in the back). The front was fixed well. The back continued to leak - but roof leaks are tricky like that. Over the next 6 months it leaked on and off again and I called Molloy out several more times to take a look. Each time, the repairmen were great to work with, but we had trouble isolating the problem. Finally, in April things got pretty bad and when I called Molloy this time you sent out your flat roof specialist (Joe) at no additional cost. Joe was amazing. So knowledgeable. So reassuring. It was just nice to know I could trust him to help me fix the real problem instead of just continuing to patch the roof. Joe talked me through how to test several different areas of our gutters, siding, windows, and flat roof using a sprinkler. Well, we were able to isolate the problem and in fact it wasn't the roof or gutters - it is the window - it just needs to be chalked. I'm forever grateful for a company like Molloy who really cares about their customers and not just the bottom-line. I will gladly come to Molloy anytime I have any work that needs done on my roof or if we need a new roof - I know it will be done right and with integrity. Joe even fielded a call from me on a Saturday when there were torrential rains and was the calm, knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone that I needed to tell me a couple things I could do in the meantime before it was all fixed.

They do an outstanding job and I have used them for years. They are the only company I use to clean my gutters and will perform follow up visits if needed for no charge.

I contracted Molloy to repair my chimney. They came, left a note that it had been done and sent me a bill. About two weeks later they pulled up and came to the door and said they were going to do some more work on the chimney. I told them that they had already done that work. They informed me that they had done the work but that it had been inspected by a member of their firm who wanted them to come back and do further work on it. I love this company. I never would have known. Not only were they not hesitant to come back and do further work on it. They were not hesitant to tell me about it.

Molloy did my house rooffew years back. Was very pleased with the work, the professionalism,and promptness, so naturally i wanted an estimate from them. It 3 calls and over 3 weeks to get a very high estimate. they were over $700, and $350 more then the other estimates. when i called alittle over a week from the first time the lady was very abrupt with me saying there 1 1//2 weeks out. Then I called again in another week just to find out if they had even been over tosee the garage. They hadn't but this lady was much nicer. They did get over that day but then it still took another week for them to e-mail the estimate ( there was an apology for the latness in the estimate. I let them Know i was going with another company and that I thought that I think they have come to big for the smaller jobs not that over 3000 dollars is small to me

They are very reliable and their quality of service is terrific. I wouldn't use anybody else.

I needed a same day roofing estimate with an evaluation of the longevity of my current roof and Molloy came through for me. They were very busy but made time to help me out at a crucial time for me. THANK YOU!

They are excellent!!!! In roofing you truly get what you pay for and yes they are more expensive, but worth every penny. They are on time, do excellent work, are professional, clean up the site and very responsive to phone calls. I would and do recommend them to everyone I meet.

As far as I can tell from the couple of rains after the repair it works excellent. I have not been able to see any overflow behind the gutter any more.

The estimate went great and I really wanted to use them, but they were a little bit more expensive than the insurance company was willing to pay. He did everything excellently, it was an excellent company and I was sad when I couldn't use him. They are a quality company, but their price was the second highest of my 4 estimates for the job.

They were prompt in checking it out, getting back with me, and working with the insurance company. They were very courteous. The service was excellent and I was satisfied with the roof and siding.

There was a period of nearly two months before they could get to my roof repairs. When they did schedule the repairs they did a good and professional job on the front porch. The repairs on the main roof have not yet been tested by severe weather, but appear to be ok.

One phone call to schedule - came when promised - clean up was complete.

The entire experience was most satisfactory. The estimators were very knowledgeable; the roofers delivered what the estimator promised on time. The workers were professional and the price was competitive.

They had a two-week backlog and would not confirm a date and time to perform work. When they did come, they were thorough and professional.

Molloy Roofing answered my initial phone inquiry in a reasonable time. I explained that I had a small job: several shingles blown up by wind and roof ridge to be nailed down. I was told that they had a crew going around the area to take care of these who would phone when they were able to handle my job. Several weeks later I received a phone call asking if they could do my job that day. I agreed. Two very nice young men arrived, gave me a rough quotation, and did the job quickly. When the bill arrived, it was in line with the rough quotation. I am very happy and will call Molloy Roofing again.
