They were fast, effective. We were very satisfied with their service.

It went very well. I have used Molloy Roofing before and will continue to do so. I called to make an appointment. They called back and said when they would be in the area and asked if that time would be OK. I agreed and they came at that time. They are very professional and helpful.

Great. Smooth as silk. All was done exactly as promised. the workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves so well that you'd never know we'd had a new roof put on.

Professional - honest company with skilled and polite workers. When we first inquired, Mr. Molloy explained it would be several weeks before he could come and make an estimate, he came exactly when he said he would and spent several hours assessing the situation. He gave us an estimate then we had to wait about 6 weeks for the work to start, but again they came exactly when they said they would. It was totally worth the wait to have a reputable company doing important work on our home. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Called to schedule an app't. for an estimate regarding a new roof (replacement). I was asked if I had work done previously and I answered no. I was told it would be ~2-3 weeks before someone could come out and give me an estimate. I told them that was unacceptable and the gal said OK and we ended the call.

In a matter of 1 1/2 hrs., my gutter was re-attached and some flashing around my chimney was resealed.The repairmen were professional, courteous, and hard-working in the 94 degree heat. I chose my Roofing company from Angie's list of award-winning providers, and am glad I did.They got to my job quickly, did a nice job and at a reasonable cost.Every employee I had contact with , from the lady that took my call, to the manager who did my estimate, to the two workers who did the job, were friendly, helpful, and professional. I don't know if it is, but it seemed like a nice, small-town family-owned business, one that sincerely cares about its customers. I will never have anyone else do my gutter /roofing work.

We are totally satisfied with the sales and support staff and the roofing crew. The sales staff was patient with us as we changed our minds over the shingles and helped us with directions to homes where different shingles could be viewed. The crew was friendly and polite and the yard was spotless when they finished.

Work was professional and repair team arrived at stated date and time. Inspected existing flashings on three vent pieps and confirmed that repair flashing units were appropriate. Repair flashings installed & caulked. No mess - no fuss.

I chose Molloy, while slightly more expensive than other quote, because of Molloy's strong reputation on Angie's List, professionalism of the sales person in describing what needed to be done, and fact that Molloy employed its roofers, as opposed to using subcontractors. Work was performed professionally, despite the weather, which was very rainy. Every night the cleanup was excellent and house left waterproof. Crew showed up promptly in the mornings. Little extras that made the job great as opposed to good occurred--painting of chimney flashing to match, careful cleanup of driveway for nails, etc.

They didn't get back to us and when they did, they were rude and didn't even give us an estimate for what we had asked. I would not use this company in the future.

the work was performed quickly and efficiently in about two hours. My only complaint would be the lack of advance notification as to the date they would do the work.

I called today to schedule a repair or replacement of my gutters through this company today. Spoke to woman who answered phone and stated to me that they weren't taking new customers with this type of job. Then said good bye and hung up. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything else to her before she hung up. I find this a little bit odd considering they are running a sale on Angie's List for complete Gutter replacement. The only reason I called this company is because of there good ratings. I was trying this company for future replacement of my roof probably later in the year and they have really left me down and I will not use them now ever. If they would have just taken the time to come out and look they probably would have gotten my roof and remodeling project in the near future.

They arrived on time, went right to work, finished in a timely fashion, and were very professional.

Job was completed in a timely manner. They were able to match the color of my shingles fairly well.

Working with Molly Roofing was an utterly wonderful and painless experience. Knowing my gutters hadn't been cleaned in years and that parts of them were visibly damaged, I contacted Molloy, explaining my situation and my uncertainty at how the process should work. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and mapped out the process for me: clean the gutters, assess any damages, provide an estimate. Everything happened as she said it would. Their estimate for repairs was competitive and they were upfront about not being able to schedule the work for a few weeks since it was the late-autumn rush -- which placed the work being done in the throes of blizzard season. They came in between snow storms and did an excellent job for exactly the price they'd given in the estimate. Even better? They came back at the first blush of Spring and verified their work ... without my asking. I would definitely use them again.

After a positive experience with Molloy the first time a couple of years ago, The guys from Molloy were punctual, professional and above all else, trustworthy. When asking for a professional recommendation for a roof that I cannot access myself, I had to rely on their observations. They were not trying to sell me more than was necessary, and gave their best suggestion as to the cause. Sometimes these leaks can be a difficult problem to solve, but it appears that they got it right the first time

Based on the numerous positive reports from Angie's List, I called to ask for an estimate for a new roof. I explained that I had some questions regarding solutions for an ice damming issue, the receptionist said that I'd just have to wait for them to come out for an estimate, and they couldn't guarantee they'd come at a time I'd be home. I requested an estimate, and also for someone to call back to discuss ventilation solutions. I called back a few days later after not receiving any communication, and the receptionist said it could be another week and a half before someone came out, and wasn't sure of their schedule, saying they'd just show up when it came up on their schedule. I again asked to be able to discuss the ventilation issue with someone. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I called them back and told them not to bother coming out for an estimate. Based on reports from Angie's List, I have no doubt that they are capable of good work, but I think it's extremely unprofessional to not even return phone calls, especially during the solicitation phase of a job. (They also had a few weather days during this period when they couldn't have been doing any roofing work which should have given them time to catch up on phone calls). After getting estimates from others, we had the work done by Ray St. Clair Roofing company who did an outstanding job.

They were very professional, on-time, and cleaned-up after themselves. I have been very pleased.

It was expensive but we got other estimates and theirs was the most reasonable. They did a great job. It was done very fast and efficiently. They addressed the issues that needed to be addressed. We would use them in the future.

They have come and done other things as it has been needed. They did a great job for me!

Took a while to get a phone call back after leaving a message, but once the phone call was returned, service was prompt and done without me having to be at home. I was informed of a not-to-exceed cost up front. Work was completed promptly and I was billed after the job was done. Overall very pleased.

Excellent job. Did the work while I was at my office. Never saw any trash or workers. Quality of results was fantastic. Found a few nails in the yard and on the deck, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend to others.

They prepared the estimate to give us several options at different prices. They completed their work quickly and with no damage to the plantings on the ground. The work is excellent quality and all problems were corrected.
