Excellent service. They were able to fit me in me next day at my request due to rain in forecast. Showed up approximately 15 minutes following phone call. They were finished in about 45 minutes and cost was less than estimated.

I was not certain about exactly what kind of service work, if any, my old metal roof would need. The individual at the company who answered the phone was extremely helpful and provided a plan that fit my needs at a very reasonable price. They performed the work promptly within a week of my call. It is hard to trust a new contractor and I was concerned that some major problem would be found regardless of whether there was truly a problem or not. But I was pleasantly surprised with the work report included with the invoice stating what work had been performed and that no defects were found. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We discovered a roof ridge vent that must have been bent by one of our high winds this summer. It was bent up in such a way that it left the air space exposed to wind and rain. Molloy Roofing said that they would try to get over to perform the repair the day we called but that they were very busy and booked up due to the roof damage in the area from several storms. We urged them to come asap because another storm was supposed to be coming. They made it. They repaired the roof vent before the storm. Our attic would have been flooded with the large amount of rain we had. We are very thankful that they worked us into their schedule. The repair was done quickly. They were up on the roof, repair done, told us they'd send the bill and they hurried to the next job. We have used them for other repairs in the past and been very happy with them every time. Will use them again in the future and recommend them highly.

I got quotes from several roofing companies to have my old roof removed, and a new roof installed. The estimate I got from Molloy was comparible, so I went with them because of all the good reviews. The estimator was difficult to get ahold of. He would not do the estimate when I was at home. On the day that they did the roof, I came home to a nearly finished job. They put new shingles over the old. There was no tarpaper, and there are obviouse defects in the plywood of the roof because of older leaks. There was water leaking into my walls and I wanted to get that fixed. Well, it's 6 years later and now I need to find somebody who will do it correctly. My roof is leaking into all my walls and now has mold and the insulation is ruined. At the time I asked the foreman what was going on, because it was not what I asked for. He pointed to the contract and explained what a "new roof" meant. How would somebody know that a new roof meant something other than a new roof. I would not recommend Molloy to anybody for their lack of service.

I use this company for repairs as needed. This last time asked them about replacing my roof. It is only 13 years old but I started wondering since a lot of houses in my subdivision have gotten new roofs, reportedly due to workmanship issues. Kevin Schermbeck told me I do not need a new roof right now and was very patient and thorough with all my questions. He could have sold me a new roof. Honest and reliable, greatly appreciated!

I called three companies to come out and give me an estimate on new gutters. Molloy was the second company to come out. When you call Molloy, the receptionist states that she will give your request to the estimator and he will contact you to set up a time to visit your house. The estimator called within a couple of days and said he could be out that afternoon if it was OK with me. Since I work from home, it was no problem. Carl arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately went up on the roof. Let me just say that Carl "oozes" credibility! I asked him how long he has been in the roofing business and he said that he's worked at Molloy for 25 years! That says a lot right there. Carl's a no-nonsense kind of guy (which I like). He noticed that I had a clog in one of the gutters and asked if I wanted him to remove it right then. He also saw that one of my downspouts needed an quick repair and asked if I wanted him to fix it while he was up there. I said, "yes". I then wondered why the first company that came out mentioned neither of these to me. (Note: the third company that came out did not even go up on the roof.) I decided to go with Molloy, in good part to Carl, but also from their excellent reviews on Angie's List. I'm glad I did! I was able to use a $125 Angie's List coupon which was helpful since Molloy's estimate was the most expensive. (Well, one company's estimate was much lower, but it also had about a page worth of "add ons". Such as, if they had to do such and such...extra $100, if they had to do this repair...extra $50, and so forth--all after the fact. I wasn't comfortable with this because I figured they would DEFINITELY find "extra" things to do once they got started whether I needed them or not. And I wasn't going to sign a contract which was basically open ended). Molloy's contract was detailed, clear and concise. Everything was included (which turned out great later on) and I knew what the final cost would be. I gave the go ahead and was told they it would be 4-6 weeks out. No problem. (Oh, with gutters, they do not require any down payment--nice). About 5 weeks later, they arrived. I would say my only complaint is that I was not notified they would arrive that particular day. It's not that big of deal since everything is outside, but would have liked to receive at least a courtesy email letting me know to expect them. The two guys worked 2 1/2 days removing the old gutters and downspouts and replacing them with new gutters/downspouts/gutter covers. I felt they were diligent in their work and very concientious. I never felt they were trying to hurry through my job to get to the next. They cleaned up both evenings before they went home and on the final day when the job was completed. They hauled away all old materials. When they were finished, I thought, "wow, I have gorgeous gutters"! They have made a tremendous difference in the appearance of my home. About a week after the install, we had a big rain storm and I noticed two areas where the gutters were leaking. I called Molloy and the receptionist said she would have the repair person give me a call to make arrangements to come out. Gary called the very next morning and asked if he could come out that afternoon. (Gary was extremely professional and, again, "oozed" credibility). He immediately apologized for the leaks and said he would fix them right away. I showed him the two areas and he immediately went to work. About 45 minutes later, Gary said that he definitely fixed one area, but needed to come back to fix the second area because he wanted to make a special guard to keep the water from flowing over top the gutter. He then stated that he wanted to add a guard to a third area just to make sure no water would flow over that area either. (I didn't notice a problem with the third area, but very much appreciated the fact that Gary inspected the entire project). I shared with Gary that I recently purchased my house and that the previous owners replaced the roof right before putting the house on the market. He said that he knew he was a new roof and that it was placed on top of the old roof (I didn't know that) , which was causing the unusual run-off patterns. Gary returned the next day to add the two corner guards and said that he thought that would take care of it, but if I have any more problems to call and that he would want to come out when it rained to see the water flow patterns himself. Nice. Well, we've had a couple big storms since Gary was here and I'm pleased to say I have had NO problems. I'm very pleased with the service from Molloy and when I'm ready for a new roof, I will call them. I feel confident that if I do have a problem with my gutters in the future, Molloy will resolve it as quickly and as professionally as they did this time. Very pleased!

Replace flashing took under asbestos tile some Ava caulking needed. I asked about holes in caulking ceiling & why nothing was under corners of now flashing sent man out immediately & rectified.

Not only were they one of the most expensive quotes I got, but their estimators are not very flexible. The company does not schedule estimate times when you call them, the estimator calls you and tells you when he will be there. They did get back to me promptly (I called on Friday, and heard from the estimator on Monday), but he was not interested at all in scheduling a time when I could be there. I would really rather have been there during the estimate in case I had any questions, or for that matter, needed to answer any questions.

Immediate response from office. Estimate took awhile to be completed because they stated they were busy. Very thorough. Explained everything well. Workers were pleasant and thorough. No trash left.

The craftsman, was on time, went to job area and completed job very quickly.

Had a leak in my roof and it turned out to come from 2 sources, They fixed what we thought was the leak, which was the first one. Several months later, after a storm the second leak appeared. They came out promptly, found the problem, scheduled the repair. No problems, a great contractor, very professional. Would recommend and use again.

Overall, it went well. The weather didn't cooperate, which pushed the start date out a few times. I am very satisfied!
