Excellent - this is a first rate company. Expensive and be prepared to wait in line, but absolutely worth it.

They were very responsive and they fixed some little something rather than recommending that we do some big, you know…oh, you know what, it really wasn’t a big issue, there wasn’t a clean-up issue, but they were here, they took care of it, they clean up when they were done and they left and they send a bill. I didn’t have to pay on the spot. The service was good.

I recommended them to some clients the past years. The job went very well and the work was very nice. I'm very pleased with him.

They came out a day after the call, were very thorough and very kind. The estimate was free of charge and they were very understanding that we wouldn't be able to use their services because it was an 8 week wait. I would use them again.

I got three estimates and although Molloy wasn't the least expensive, I was impressed with the professionalism and detail of their estimate. When I had a question about the shingles they were using, the office contacted me immediately do discuss the question (to my satisfaction!). Although I was not home when the work was being done, I never saw any trace of trash or other debris around my house.

Had an estimator come out to look at an area where a bird had made a nest where the fascia board had rotted. The estimator was very profesional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. I had a question about the estimate and Jess came out a 2nd time to look at the job again and make sure he answered all of my concerns. This was extremely impressive to me b/c I know my job was small compared to some of the work they do. Since all the work was done outside the home we actually didn't even know they had completed the work until we received a bill. They did a great job cleaning up. Once we received the bill I climbed a ladder to check the work and was very satisfied. Great job all around.

Molloy was very responsive, removed and re-installed gutter screen in order to seal a leaking gutter miter. All went well.

Professional, removed old gutters and excellent in cleaning up. Really impressed with their work.

They arrived; knew exactly what the issue was, explained it to me and took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. I asked questions and he showed me why these rubber collars always tear. Then the other gentleman on the roof saw how the collar on the heat stack pipe was starting to deteriorate and they sealed that for me. That was it! And we had all that rain over the weekend and nothing leaked. Mission accomplished.

Malloy's quote was over twice that of the two lowest quotes I received!

Estimated come and it took several days to get the proposal.

We’ve been using Molloy Roofing for years. They are always courteous and professional and do an excellent job on time.

This job entailed having Molloy evaluate hail damage to the roof towards the possibility of insurance coverage, estimating the job including suggesting reasonably price upgrades such as a roof line vent, working with the insurance adjuster to match specifications to allowances, selection of a custom color, the tear off of the old roof, the taking down and reattaching of gutters, painting where needed installing of an ice dam water guard, hand nailing of roof tiles and the cleanup. Molloy covered every step thoroughly and competently. Their communication with us as good and we did not have to chase them to wrap things up. I had always used Molloy for repairs to the old roof and decided to bank on their good past performance being a predictor of good future performance. It was.

We have been very impressed with them. They are great and he knew what he was talking about.

Called Molloy and was told it would take a week to get a crew out. Was contacted the next day, a crew was coming out shortly. They arrived and made the repair about 20 minutes before a major rainstorm. They did a great job explaining the repair they made for me. Very happy repair was completed before the rain!

The cleaning went well. The technicians arrived days earlier than expected and completed the job quickly.

Everything went well. They did everything ahead of schedule. They inspected everything after each phase was done and made sure that things had been done correctly and it looked good. They had to match the shingles to the shingles that had just been put on our new 3 season room and they double checked with us to make sure they ordered the right color. Everything was cleaned up after each days work and they responded promptly to any questions or concerns we might have had. We would definately recommend them to anyone. The estimate they gave us was very thorough and professional done and they covered everything that needed to be done, leaving no room for speculation. Some of the other estimates that we got were much more vague.

Service is always done promptly and at a reasonable price. They performed the service on a Saturday morning at no additional cost. Always clean up afterwards.

They were great! Their customer service and the quality of their work were both awesome. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to oversell us. They told us up front that only one of our two roofs really needed to be replaced. Their honesty saved us a lot of money.

On time and very professional. I received a written estimate a few days later. I was impressed with the depth and quality of the estimate. The inspector even told me I could wait two or three years berore getting the roof shingled.

I think the guy that came out was Eric, but could be mistaken. Eric called ahead to let me know when he was coming which was appreciated, and he arrived when he indicated he would. He was great and very informative, however, I think Molloy Roofing is at a disadvantage in that the men that come out to take measurements and address questions cannot provide estimates on site. This would be a huge time saver for the company and a benefit to potential clients. When the competition can provide an on site estimate, a few days or week delay can make the difference. In this case, it did, but was not the deciding factor. I did appreciate the knowledge Eric was able to share with me and did receive the estimate within a week's time, as well as a follow up call. I decided not to go with Molloy Roofing based on the fact that the other companies I received estimates from were able to offer me a higher quality of shingle that wasn't offered or mentioned by Molloy. In addition, the other companies were going to remove the existing one (1) layer of shingles to address/check the nail popping issues that I was experiencing and could do the work, hand nailing shingles, within one (1) day with little difference in price. With the amount of money I will be spending on this work, it is vital to me to be present while the work is being done to ensure I am readily available for questions and can ensure my property isn't damaged in any way, regardless of the company's ability to remedy the damage. Obviously taking one day off of work is much more manageable than 3-4. Molloy also could not start the work on my project for another 3-4 weeks, while the other two companies could get me on their schedule in the next week or two. Overall, I do think that Molloy is a good company, they just didn't offer what I wanted/needed and didn't impress me as much as the company I've hired did.

The job went very well - The crew that Molloy sent out were respectful and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. It took them 2 days to do the job and we were very happy with the job that they performed. I would like to mention that Molloy was "flexible" with their payment terms. they are letting us pay off the amount over a three month period of time. We worked with Jess on the quotes and we think he did an exceptional job. Explained the type of shingle they were going to use and why that shingle was better than the competitor. Everyone at Molloy was was professional and straight up with us.

The job went very well - The Molloy subcontractors were very respectful and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. They started on a Wednesday and finished on the following Monday (did not work on the weekend). I did have to mention to them that one of their vehicles leaked some oil on my concrete driveway. They came back out and scrubbed the areas where the oil had leaked. They were nice about working out a flexible payment plan as well. I am paying them off in three monthly installments (paid initially for the roofing materials - approx $3500). We were impressed with the level of service we received from everyone involved at Molloy and we would highly recommend them.
