 + -1 more. Terrible. I have to start back at the beginning and look for another company that comes highly recommended, so I can have the job done right.
Description of Work: Spoke with nice lady at the office and told her my problem. My roof was leaking and water coming into the ceiling of my house. She took my information and told me that she could have someone out on Thursday or Friday of last week. She mentioned that one of the workers would contact me prior to and get all additional information prior to coming out so they would be prepared. Well, not only did I not get a call back from the company but no one ever showed up. I still have the leak and the big problem in my home that I thought was going to be corrected last week. I chose this company because Angie's list gave them a high rating and customers had good things to say about them. Well, on to another company. I wasted a week waiting on them and still have my serious issue at the house. I guess my big question is........ does this company make that much money where they can afford to just throw away business? I just need to find someone that will do a good job and values my business.

 + 0 moreTook two times for them to fix a simple small hole. Only after calling multiple times to have someone come out. Also took multiple calls to get someone to come do an estimate i've since called twice about to call a third time to receive the estimate over a 2 week period. Probably not using them if I have to bug them just to get me an estimate on the job. Calling other companies now.
Description of Work: Fixed a hole and was to provide an estimate on all our box gutters along with a few other items.

 + 0 moreThey are slow but, deliberate. I got the estimate in the form of an estimate. It took them about a month to get the contract to me. They do everything by word of mouth. This outfit will tell you exactly what they're going to do. The type of materials that they are going to use. They were here for a couple of hours. I have used them before.
Description of Work: Molloy Roofing Company did minor repairs. They painted a couple of things that needed to be painted, and replaced some shingles. They put my roof on about 25 years ago.

 + -1 moreWe've used Molloy for most of our roofing work for almost 40 years, ant they've always done a good job-Respond quickly, do the job right the first time, charges reasonable. This particular job was relatively minor, but handled well as always.
Description of Work: One front downspout on house clogged with nuts/seed pods form our Sweet Gum Tree, gutter overflowing. Molloy workers opened downspout so it drained properly, also checked downspout on other side while they were here.
