Description of Work: I have used Bob Sumerel for multiple services. They are very honest and straightforward. I trust them fully and will take all of my cars to them in the future. They are now my neighborhood mechanic.

Description of Work: I have been going to Bob Sumerel Tire for tires and service work for many years. My one tire was low and I was told that there was a rim leak and it was repaired at a cost of $25.54, including my preferred customed discount. A few weeks later my low tire pressure indicator light came on again and I returned to Bob Sumerel. After inspecting the tire and the wheel, it was determined that there was also a leak coming from the valve and that was repaired at no additional cost. A few weeks later, the low tire pressure warning light came on again and I again returned to Bob Sumerel. At this visit, they removed the leaking tire and the one across from it put them onto opposite wheels to see if the the leak was coming from the tire or the tire pressure monitoring system valve, the latter of which would require repair by the dealer. Again, there was no additional charge. Another 2 weeks went by and everything was and continues to be fine. When I stopped in and talked to Chris, the manager, he told me that sometimes tires don't fit exactly on the wheel on which they are placed and this turned out to be case with my car. I was pleased with their persistence and doing what was needed to ultimately resolve the problem at no cost beyond the initial repair.

Description of Work: Bob Sumerel Tire Co put in a new battery and replaced the belt about 2 weeks ago.

Description of Work: ALL 4 TIRES REPLACED AND HAD AN OIL CHANGE DONE.

Description of Work: I HIT A CURB AND NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT.
