Because it was a speedometer they have to find out because there are only certain people that can do that. The speedometer was off by 6 MPH. He is my guy. They take everything.

Bob Sumeral replaced 2 tires. A few days later I noticed one of my hubcaps was gone and there was a balancing weight next to that tire. I took it back in and Chris told me that it only needed one weight and it was still on. He ordered me a new hubcap and when I came back in, he re-balanced my tire and told me there would be no charge for my hubcap. I have been using them for over 24 years and I will continue to do so. Honest businesses need to be helped and this is my way of helping. Thanks Chris.

I have used them for years. They are just around the corner from my house. I have also bought tires there. The front office guy that I deal with is named Mike and in his early to mid-30's. They are very prompt and I wait for my car. They have coffee and, I think, water, but no food. They do the best they can regarding punctuality. I had to wait a long time once.

I use Bob Sumerel for most of our auto repair and maintenance needs and have for about the last 8 years.  They always provide solid advice and give a return customer discount on most occasions.  I've had them tell me on a number of occasions that the work I wanted done was not necessary or recommended based on the age of my car and price, etc.  They've saved us money on  a number of occasions and kept our older cars running very well.

Bob Sumerel in Blue Ash always does a great job with our tires and oil changes.  They accept appointments over the phone and make it easy to get the oil changed.  We took our car in & they started working on it right away.  In about 30 minutes our car was ready to go with new oil and the tires rotated.  The staff was very friendly and let us know the available wear left on our brakes and did not try to sell un-necessary service.

These guys are good. And I'll tell you why.
When you buy them, you're buying quality. You don't need to worry about being cheated, being bamboozled, or hood winked out of a few bucks here and there. They'll figure out what's wrong, give you an estimate, and stick to it.
My family's been going here for 20 years for a reason, and that reason hasn't lessened.

I arrived within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment, and work began immediately - no delay. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very competitve, under $60. Work was completed in a timely fashion, under and hour. This included the technician going on a test drive, making adjustments, taking another test drive, then final adjustments & tightening of everything. Upon completion of work, technician came in the waiting area and gave some paperwork to front desk staff. At other shops, the technician himself usually has a quick talk with me to explain what adjustments were made. But in this case, the technician said a few things to the desk staff, which was then relayed to me. After I paid, I was told that the alignment specs would be sitting in my truck. Turns out that only the final adjustment specs were provided - there was no information on the alignment specs prior to the adjustments. I was a little dissapointed in that, might have been a computer glitch.

I can always count on Bob Sumerel to do good work at a fair price, and they don't try to talk you into a bunch of extras you don't need. Very trustworthy.

They are honest and the quality of their work is good. They do the work pretty quickly. I usually get a discount as I’m a senior citizen. I have been very satisfied with their service.

The alignment solved the uneven tread wear problem.. The bushings replacement solved the rear end noise problem.

Had Toyo tires which I had never been happy with. Replaced them with Cooper Lifeliners which I had purchased in the past and been very satisfied with. Chris, the manager, included the road hazard warranty at no charge because I am a frequent customer of theirs

Each car was ready when promised and everything was completed to my very particular standards.
