Tyler was so helpful from the beginning. He contacted me within minutes of requesting information and answered all of my questions. He was prompt with all the emails. The contract was clear and well-worded, and the price was perfect. He arrived to the inspection on time and never rushed us. We received the written report with ample pictures within hours after the inspection. I would highly recommend On The Nose Home Inspections!!

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and even pointed out the items most would consider minor, which was much appreciated. Professional and friendly! Would highly recommend! Pricing was fair. His website showed an example report that was easy to read and understand so I knew what to expect before I hired him. Took his time so that he could be thorough. An expert in his field and helped educate me too.
