Being a first time home buyer is stressful but Tyler made this process a breeze. There was a miscommunication with our realtor and we had to reschedule last minute. We offered to reimburse Tyler for having to come out twice but he wouldn't accept it and was happy to reschedule. Tyler was very thorough and we had a million questions. The first thing Tyler said to us was to feel free to ask any questions and that we could walk with him as he did his job. He aswered all questions for us and was personable and professional throughout the whole experience. He was able to give us some tips on how to treat our roof and explain questions we had about the report after he emailed it to us. Being first time home buyers can be stressful, but this experience was not stressful at all. I would recommend him to anyone.
