He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

We met with Matt for the estimate, and he walked us through all the possibilities and options (both good and bad). Most of our waiting was for the manufacturer once we decided to buy a 12x20 motorized awning with screen. Total time from buy to install was 4-5 weeks. The installers came out, and installed and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Product works great and performs as expected."

"They not only got to my house in time for an "open house" I was having that same weekend, but sent me a video of their work since I couldn't be there to see the work done myself. When I stopped over later to pick up mail and put away the trash bins, I couldn't believe how beautiful my house and driveway looked. You can remove your gutters before painting, but it's rarely required. Calcium chloride is an ice melt that is safe for gutters. Once in your gutters, the calcium chloride will melt through both ice and snow, creating a channel for water to flow.

Signs that your gutters need to be cleaned include:

  • Debris built up in the gutters

  • Gutters overflow when it rains

  • Water doesn’t flow freely from downspouts

  • Gutters leak or there’s visibly damaged

  • Evidence of leaking along your roof, siding, yard, or pavement

  • Gutters pulled away from roof

  • Water damage to soffit and fascia

  • Weeds or small trees growing in the gutters

  • Pests visible in your gutters

  • Leaks in crawl space or basement may indicate overflowing gutters

Micro mesh gutter guards are an effective way to keep tiny pieces of debris from entering your gutters while allowing rainwater to flow through. When professionally installed, they can keep most debris out, are extremely durable, and can last for years.

Rain gutters should be level from front to back to prevent spillage as water runs from one side to the other. Horizontally, rain gutters should not be level. A slope of at least a 1/4-inch per 10 feet is recommended from the high end of a gutter to the downspout.
