Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions.
