"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

The owners, Joe and Mike, were completely absent ? no check-ins or follow-ups, even when major issues arose.There were significant mistakes, like framing the windows to the wrong size, and we were blamed for "approving the wrong windows." HVAC was also forgotten until after construction started, forcing us to pay thousands more. The trim was poorly finished with putty that didn?t match the color of the pre-painted trim, and the solution was simply to cover the nail holes with a paint pen. In the end, we can?t recommend Diamond in the Rough"
