Chris did a pre-inspection as we prepare to sell our house. He shared freely what he was seeing during the 3 hour inspection. It was educational about what he was seeing as well as the "standards" as they exist today. Well worth the price of the job.

Chris never left a question unanswered and explained in detail on each inspection item which needed attention right away.He saw things that we overlooked on our first walk through with the realtor.I will hire him again on the next home we look to purchase because he saved me thousands of dollars that I would have to spend to bring the home up to speed.
