Just by talking over the phone before the inspection, I knew Mr. Ziehler was the right person for job, due his extensive background and professionalism. He spend more than 4 hours on his inspection and detail every single aspect of what he founded. During and after the inspection he detail of the possible problems but also he give solutions. I would recommend him a 100%.

Mr. Ziehler was proficient, professional, and ever so thorough. He was all over the house inspecting for more than 4 hours. His typed report was more than 20 pages long. He gave many ideas to deal with the parts of the property that are lacking in his opinion. Wonderful job!
