It has been easy to contact them if I have any questions or concerns prior to the move. They call the day before to confirm things and see if you need any last minute boxes or other items. Luckily, they were able to bring a mattress bag for me when I realized I didn't have one. Each of the crews I've worked with have been polite, personable, and efficient.
