"We had a large patio installed and upon completion they had to come out 3x over 6 months to correct the grading as there was water running into our basement as a result of the poor grade job initially. With regard to yard care, their office service consistently was non responsive, offered no specific dates they would be able to do service nor responded to requests for follow up."
