It was such a pleasure meeting Josh from Final Solutions. We had multiple quotes for our gutters and they were very pushy stating, "I am here to make a sale" which we thought was odd. I felt like we were at a car dealership! He was punctual, respectful and knew his product very well. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating in extending our downspouts an extra foot just to be on the safe side. His colleague Mike and his son Reed were extremely helpful in the progression of the job. He kept our front and back yards meticulously organized as he worked and removed our old gutters and loaded them into his trailer as he went. He strongly encouraged us to assess his skills throughout the process and ensured we were happy every step of the way from start to finish. He even did a final walkthrough of the site to ensure there were no nails or other debris left behind. He didn't ask for any payment until the job was completed. He and his crew did a phenomenal job for my husband and I and we couldn't be happier with our new gutters! We look forward to no longer having unwanted guests in our eaves. We had a strong thunderstorm today and they worked exactly as he described they would. He is a true southern gentleman who gave us a fair price (thousands less than his competitors) and did an excellent job for us. We would highly recommend his service to anyone seeking gutter replacement and guards that are simple yet very effective. The other quotes we received did not seem as though they would effectively or efficiently do the required job.
