I recently purchased new appliances for my newly renovated kitchen. This is the first time I can say that the whole experience was a positive one; from the shopping to the pricing to the delivery and the service. Delivery was arranged at my convenience and delivery was prompt. The men had no trouble unpacking and repacking everything for my inspection. When the last piece of my order was ready, same experience with delivery and no additional charges. Unfortunately, I needed a service call on my brand new dishwasher. Even that turned out to be positive. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. But the most important detail, the dishwasher was replaced with no hassles. I can honestly say, the next time I need appliances I will be back at P.C. Richards and I'll be recommending shopping there as well.
