"Ed came out here with his assistant, measured the area we wanted an awning to cover. He was extremely helpful choosing the fabric and his estimated trun-around time was accurate. The installer were here right on time. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do and made a suggestion about where to mount it. And went over the instructions how to use the remote very carefully. They also assured us that if there were any issues at all to not hesitate to call. We’re very pleased with how it looks and we’re sure it will meet all our expectations."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"Called me and came out to the house, the same day I reached out, with a quote for a full garage door replacement. The process was smooth and the work was done quickly."

"Adam has done plenty of jobs at our home. He has fixed electrical wiring in our garage and added light fixtures inside and outside our home. He has made us beautiful custom furniture such as a bench and a coat/ hat wall hanging rack. He replaced our kitchen countertops with beautiful butcher bock while also replacing our faucet and sink. He custom cut our counter to fit perfectly with the new sink. He does awesome work! Totally recommend using him! We will absolutely continue to use Adam for our home needs!"

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"The sunroom enclosure is perfect. The service and price too!"

"Derick installed 4 Bali brand skylight shades for us. He did a wonderful job, even touched up a tiny spot with paint.  We are planning on using his services again and would definitely recommend him:)

"Albany Awning called me quickly with a very good estimate, actually half the amount of a previous estimate. They are prompt, courteous and professional. One of the awnings was the wrong size. Albany Awning did not collect my final payment until they had replaced the the awning with the correct size. I highly recommend Albany Awning."
