"We had a roof leak caused by an incorrectly installed skylight. Sami called me in less than a half-hour after my inquiry. He arrived within an hour, inspected the skylight and adjacent roof tiles, and gave me a detailed, very fair, written estimate to resolve the problem. A few days later, Sami and his assistant arrived, fixed the problem and gave us a four year warranty on the repair.
