The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

In particular, the foreman for the crew, Milton, kept us informed during the project, explained the steps and the process, and generally kept everything on track. One important note is that the internal trim and windows sills needed to match windows that were installed years ago during a renovations and expansion of one part of the house. The sills were custom, not off the shelf, and the team did a great of job of producing them to match. Everything was cleaned up and extraneous material removed at the end of the project."
