I was contacted by the owner Andy minutes after submitting request for phone wire repair. I had my doubts I would be able to find a contractor to handle such a small job (Two line telephone in residence). He scheduled appointment for the next day and arrived when promised. Rate was clearly stated and Andy worked efficiently and professionally to solve the issue.
