I contacted Scott through Home Advisor on Tuesday, he came over Wednesday morning to give me an estimate and was here on Friday morning to install the new heat cable. "The man who came out was very nice. He dealt with the immediate problem (holes in the house) and did a thorough search of the interior and exterior of the home. I have a preference for more organic substances to be used over more harsh chemicals and they were able accomodate that preference. They are scheduled to come back out later this month as part of the ongoing services I purchased.
