From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. He managed a project for the remodel of my 1930's home. In spite of me living out of state, he kept me informed through the entire process with pictures and updates. Along with other project with dad on the old farm house i grew up in, including new windows, new doors, new siding, new garage doors, new side walks and new concert steps. I've used the knowledge they have bestowed in me to fix up my new home. my current full time job requires me to pay attention to every little detail and I've gone from welder to metal fabrication supervisor in just two and a half years! i take extensive pride in my work and enjoyment of watching other people enjoy my completed work.
