"I am extremely pleased by the work of Jorge and his crew to clean up my neglected overgrown outdoor space. They trimmed trees and bushes, weeded, did more weeding, put down mulch, and did everything asked for at the price quoted. They were dependable, professional and got the job done. Equally important, Jorge kept in touch if he was running late."

"I was looking for a Junk removal service I connected with Homeadvisor online. James Zeno of Zeno Property Services LLC was the first to call and we made an appt that day December 6 ,2021 for him to come look at the job..we agreed on a price and he and crew came to start the job on December 7,2021 and he came at the time he said he would start. I was very pleased with the way I was treated thru out the process of eliminating memorable possessions from my home..as it can be stressful on a customer...James and crew made the process painless and I would give him a 10 plus stars if that was the rating system.I already recommended Zeno Property Services LLC to my relative.Thank u again James for your help and kindness thru out the process of removal of many many things.that I could not part with but knew I had to get rid of.."

"Good service, prompt and reasonable."

"Excellent service. Owner is always hands on and concerned about quality"

"I hired Palmieri back in May, after calling to receive my free estimate, i got my contract within the week and was able to have service by the following week. They end their season in November and I must say I am very pleased with the work the men provided on a weekly basis. I will definitely be continuing my services with them for the following season as well as snow removal for the winter season."

"We found Marvin and his company. MyFavoriteYard LLC on Angi’s list so we already knew he was vetted. He got in touch with me right away and came to give us an estimate that evening. (Excellent communication via text - my preference). Marvin, Carlos and Santiago came a week later with supplies and soil. They cleaned out many wheel barrows of debris, saved the Fern I wanted, and added 2+ yards of good black leveled soil. He also spread the cedar mulch that I already had for a different corner garden and straightened up all of the patio walkway flagstones (they’ve never looked so neat). He even pulled all the weeds out of the flagstone patio - Above and beyond the call. Marvin and his Crew were comfortable to work with. It was a full day’s work. We will definitely have them back next spring if not sooner. I highly recommend them."

"Russ and his crew were extremely competent, caring and efficient. They turned my all-weeds yard which was in a slope into a thing of beauty. I recommend them very highly!"

"Pleased with Sr. Belloso s work! Found him to be respectful as well as his workers, and they did a good job on my spring cleanup- lots of weeds all over the property. Considering hiring him for future masonry and tree trimming work."

"Flavio and his crew did amazing work in a single day. They trimmed, weeded and did an overhaul on the entire property. Excellent job! I will have him back for maintenance and planting!!"
