"Endor Group did our master bathroom and we were so happy with the results! They replaced the flooring, vanity, installed the shiplap and tiled the shower. Noah and Dane are incredibly efficient, meticulous, and detail oriented. They worked very well as a team and made sure I felt involved. At the end of each day they also made sure to clean up and organize. The pricing for my bathroom was very fair as well. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs work and wants quality results!!:)"

"Washier/Dryer installation and TV @ Demand full payment before completion of work otherwise dismantle all and tried not to leave until I called the police (Other professional said that he only completed 30% of work) @ No contract, No electrical License, No breakdown of Invoice @ intentionally tampering with valves here and there (He turned off gas valve and Hot water switch and other licensed electrician proved this) @ Rude, Not professional, Aggressive @ He filed a small claim against me and the court dismissed the case (but I had to suffer for this 3 months) During TV installation, a water pipe was discovered inside the wall, making further progress impossible. Despite two additional openings on the wall made via drilling by Koosha, the work felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. There are 3 big holes that remained unclosed and just covered by TV (Other professional that I hired told me that its definitely not done by licensed professional and it's violation of safety) For the Washier and Dryer installation, He claimed to have finished work (after only two hours) stating that the washer and dryer would arrive on 7 days later, He suggested that installation could be done at that time since 95% of the work was completed. Despite not having paid, he demanded full payment and was incredibly rude and forceful. He insisted that if payment was not made, he even threatened to undo everything they had done that day. To resolve the situation, I proposed a 25% payment, but was rejected. I then offered 50%, but this was also declined. After calling back two previously departed employees, he instructed them to dismantle everything. I eventually agreed to his demands to dismantle everything, but during this process, Koosha forcefully grabbed the TV cable he had installed. Fearing potential damage to the house, I called the police. Eventually, an agreement was reached to pay 50% after completing the installation. However, complications arose after payment. After the workers left, many previously unnoticed problems surfaced. 1. The TV power was initially not working, and he used incorrect brackets for the TV cord, resulting in an unstable installation. TV power cord barely visible via small opening and it is almost not reachable by hand to connect 2. I hired him for no wire to be seen after TV installation but found long black wire on the wall. Koosha told me that the wire was too short so couldn't connect it behind the wall. Since I complained this, He was very upset and showed me very disrespectful manner, so I made a suggestion to install the sound bar on the wall, he accepts it but he already trash the installation bracket and he couldn't find it where it is and gave up. He seems like very rush at this point and obviously he has work schedule on other area. Later when I clean up myself, I found the installation bracket myself from the trash. He left work/construction trash behind, and I had to personally clean up, finding remote controls, TV stands, soundbar installation kits, screws, and instructions in the trash. 3. The hot water was not working after he left, and despite attempts to contact him, he only responded that he would come five days later, so I had to hire emergency electrician to solve this problem which costs me additional money. 4. The gas stove did not work after he left. I was so worried about if the gas would blow up or not. It was Christmas Eve, and I couldn't sleep at all and I paid $1250 already for this suffering and Koosha demand another $1250 for additional money that not completed the work for. I hired other licensed professionals, regarding the post-construction issues, there are traces of intentionally tampering with valves here and there. According to their assessment, the initial team had completed only less than 30% of the job, and uncertainties regarding his professionalism, lack of a contract, hourly payment without a clear breakdown, and the absence of an electrical license were highlighted. The fact that there is no contract, and I was charging a flat fee without an hourly rate, is also incomprehensible. Furthermore, it is confirmed that he does not have an electrical license. I refused payment for the rest of 50%, and he made a small claim to the court, but the judge dismissed his case, and I won the case after 3 months of suffering. Now I am reporting this here and BBB to fight for the justice and to let you know not to hire this guy. He did a small work to make good reviews on google, but when he got a big case, he took your money and ran away. There are very similar cases like mine all over the internet about him."
