Mister Sparky Electric has been providing Nassau and Suffolk Counties with superior residential electrical services since 1963! Our professional & certified electricians provide a wide range of services. All our electricians are background and drug tested for your safety. We offer financing for all sized projects. For emergency service (after 5pm weekdays & Saturday or all day Sunday) please call (516)536-5700. We always have a "real" person answering our phones. We also offer specific 3 hour windows where we GUARANTEE we will arrive within your time window or the call is FREE! We will call and let you to let you know when we are dispatching to narrow down that window and to let you know who will be coming to your home. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Unfortunately you weren't happy with our quote. We priced a high hat change out, for $232.00 (59 service fee + 173 fixture change, trim and bulb) We offer a minimum 2 year warranty on all work we do. This job would have taken our technician well over 2 hours to complete. We quoted you a $59 service fee to book the appointment, which you agreed too and waived that for you because you weren't happy with the quote. We put a tremendous amount of training into our techs, our guys are all background checked and drug tested. They wear uniforms and cover there shoes so we don't track dirt into your home. We clean up after ourselves because we feel you are paying for our services and shouldn't have to clean up after us. We are sorry you didn't see the value in that. Thank you for your time.

Description of Work: We had a couple of simple projects; install a new outdoor light and replace our smoke detector. The Electrician was very prompt and completed both jobs very quickly. The only small complaint was that he wasn't aware of the Angie's List discount when he priced the job, so I had to print out the confirmation email. However, everything was worked out and I would use them again for any electrical work.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a porch ceiling fixture. When I called to make an appointment, I asked the approximate cost of the service call. The person on the phone said that they did not quote prices over the phone. I knew that they did quote prices, because I had read many reviews of the company. I left a message for some one to call me back. My telephone call was never returned.
