Mister Sparky Electric has been providing Nassau and Suffolk Counties with superior residential electrical services since 1963! Our professional & certified electricians provide a wide range of services. All our electricians are background and drug tested for your safety. We offer financing for all sized projects. For emergency service (after 5pm weekdays & Saturday or all day Sunday) please call (516)536-5700. We always have a "real" person answering our phones. We also offer specific 3 hour windows where we GUARANTEE we will arrive within your time window or the call is FREE! We will call and let you to let you know when we are dispatching to narrow down that window and to let you know who will be coming to your home. "The work you requested was to hook up a 220 line for a stove. When we arrived we only found 120volts going to the stove and a corroded splice. We replaced the corroded splice box, ran new wires and connected stove. We were there for 2 hours. We checked and tested everything to make sure all was working properly. We also offer a 2 year warranty on all labor and material. We quoted you a price before any work was done. Sir we are licensed and insured electrical contractors. The bill was $417.00 not $500. We also credited you back the 59 service fee and gave you a $50 discount for using angie's list. I am sorry you felt it necessary to give us such a harsh review. We have been in business for over 30 years and our customers are our #1 concern. Why did you say yes after we quoted you the price if you weren't happy?"
