"I hired Lang Enviroment- rotor rooter to clean a partial plugged drain. A woman called and wanted pre payment of the full charge of $567 for the job. I reluctantly paid it to get the job done. A kid showed up a couple hours later with a drain snake and started to snake the drain. After a few minutes he asked me to run my washer and discharge the wash water to the drain. The drain pipe over flowed and dumped several gallons of water on my floor. I started sopping up the water with towels and he went out to his truck to get a shop vac to clean up the water. He comes back 10 minutes later with out the shop vac and tried to shake me down for more money. At that point I figured he had been grossly over paid for what he had done, he grabbed his snake and left leaving me standing in an inch of water and a drain that was clogged worse that it was before. I called to complain to the woman that stole my money and was told that the boss would call me back. I am still waiting. Do NOT hire these people, but if you do, do NOT pay them a dime until the job is done."
