"NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain provided great service in an emergency and on a Sunday. I was impressed and relieved especially after having contacted several plumbing companies who scheduled me two to three days later. Lazer was courteous and friendly and explained the problem and solution. Thank you!"

"Vinny is a great guy. He was responsive and polite. His workers came and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and were a delight to have in my home. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Thanks Vinny!!"

"I recently experienced a severe clogged sewer issue and reached out to Winners Sewer and Drain for help. Jesse arrived on time and conducted a comprehensive inspection to diagnose the problem. He explained the situation clearly and outlined the necessary steps to resolve the clog. Despite the complexity of the issue, Jesse worked efficiently and effectively to restore normal function. I appreciated his transparency regarding the costs and the absence of any unexpected fees. Jesse not only resolved the issue promptly but also ensured minimal disruption to our daily activities. I highly recommend Winners Sewer and Drain for anyone facing similar plumbing challenges."

"I can’t be more thankful. I needed the job done as soon as possible, but I didn’t expect I would get it done within hours from the first phone call. MC drain and plumbing’s team is very professional, nice and good people, and they took care of everything. I will hire this pro again, no doubt!"

"Alfonso was great. He came to my house and did exactly what I asked him to. There was a pipe to cut which was rusted which he did and he replaced it with a rubber boot. He refitted the pipes of my pedestal bathroom sink which was pretty torn up after being snaked so many times due to clogged pipes. He also replaced the sinks faucet which was not easy because we had it for about 20 years so it was difficult to remove.Throughout this process Alfonso was calm and courteous and very professional. He was not cheap but his work was great and he is a very clean worker. The only issue I had was with the other job I had for him which was much larger and potentially involved the cutting of the pipe that was causing the persistent clog in our bathroom to begin with. This was actually the main reason why I contacted him in the first place. After he finished with the above mentioned projects he took a look and troubleshooted the job and gave me one estimate and was going to get back to me the following day with another estimate for another way to save the problem. I never heard from him again. I called, texted and practically begged him to let me know when he could return to take another look at the situation and to give me an estimate for the "other" possibility of solving the clogged pipe and he never once got back to me. to this day I have no reason why and it is a bit frustrating not to at least been given a response especially after paying good money for the first job. Just seems unusual but as far as the work he did, I have no complaints."

"We had a leaky tub faucet that we tried to get fixed with other handymen that only worked for a few months and then started up again. Most recently it got pretty bad so I also gave it try and bought all the tools for it, but it still leaked. Frank from Fast and Serious called me up as soon as I requested a quote from a pro. He was able to give me a quote over the phone after looking at photos I sent him and was ready to come the next morning to fix it. He came on time as promised and was able to replace the old shower-body and kit fairly quickly. He also had a skilled tile, grout and sheet-rock person that put everything back in place like nothing had happened. I would recommend Fast and Serious Pipe Repair Drain Cleaning to everyone since they charged a fair price and did the work quickly and correctly."

"Mike was the third plumber to call to unclog my tub today. His price was reasonable. He and his partner were able to unclog my tub drain within minutes. Very respectful and my clogged tub/ slow drain problem is solved. Great work Mike and company. I plan to have them back in the future, to complete another small job. Mike says I pay nothing extra in the event the tub clogs again in the near future. #integrityiseverything"

"Very professional and clean job. I would recommend them"
