They were very conscientious and made sure we were happy with the project every step of the way. We had just bought the house, so they were very willing to work around other scheduled appointments we had made for other projects. He is in constant communication, which is not something I have found very common in the people I have worked with in the past. He is meticulous and a bit of a perfectionist. He will keep working on something over and over until there isn’t the slightest imperfection. Previous contractors have done drywall for us and the tape has become visible as well as screw heads and other imperfections but I can honestly say that the walls that he has put up and has painted are absolutely perfect and they have held up over time as well. Instead, Derek sent over his own company electrician to review the work to be done. Martin (electrician) did not want to open the ceiling for fear of damaging the soffits. He instead said he would run the wires thru a 2nd floor outlet to the porch. We set a date and time and he was at the house right on schedule.
