Dave seemed thorough, personal, and concerned about his customer. If I have any more pest issues I would definitely call Dave again. He gave me advice about keeping out other pests while he was here also.

It went great Dave is fast worker . Very effecent and friendly with a wide variety of tools to take care of the problem. Dave eliminate a large bee hive that was hidden under our Siding .

Dave is a consummate professional.  Prompt response always. He had an issue getting a product he needed to do the job as it had been discontinued from a prior source, and he was very concerned that I had to wait longer (more concerned than I was!)  He shows up on time, does a thorough job and goes above and beyond the call of duty.  He even removed a stricken squirrel from my driveway!  Can't say enough about him, and would recommend him to anyone- and I certainly will!

Dave arrived actually ahead of schedule. He did call ahead to make sure we would be home. We were having problems with carpenter ants as well as the small household ants. He checked all of our interior rooms, including our attic. He then went outside and examined the outside of the house. He did find colonies of carpenter ants

Dave has been our pest control expert for the past 2 years.  We are very pleased with his service.  We had tried other companies before we contacted Dave, but were not satisfied.  Dave is punctual and if he thinks he might be late; he always calls.  He is very professional as well as thorough in inspecting our premises.  We are so pleased that we maintain an on going contract for his services.

The service was provided promptly at the agreed upon time,  The treatment seemed to be effective with the understanding that additional treatment might be required.

Five providers were contacted. Rudzap was the first to respond and arrived after completing a nearby job. Gave a succinct explanation of the problem and how to resolve it. Least expensive option was recommended and quickly completed.  An inspection was included and a preventative spraying was completed.  We have box elder beetles in the spring and fall and I arranged for a follow up treatment.  
Definitely our "go to" guy for pest control from now on.  Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and adept at explaining issues. Services were explained clearly and recommendations were offered after he inspected our home..

Dave the owner came by today and provided the best service! He was on time, informative and personable. We started a pest control contract with him and because of Angie's List he knocked $50.00 off. Dave was really nice and explained everything he was doing and inspected everywhere.

Rudzap Pest Control was wonderful. He was great to work with. He was prompt, he was here when he said he was going to be here. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I found him to be really knowledgeable about what he was doing. I asked him multiple questions - we ended up with my dog bringing fleas in to my house and we couldn't get rid of them. I did everything that was recommended to use and nothing really worked. He explained the chemicals that he was using, whether they were perfectly safe to my dogs, and how long we had to be out of the house. He was very helpful, he moved all the furniture himself. He just did an outstanding job, I would recommend him to anyone.

I use them on a regular basis, and they always do a great job.  Dave, the owner, is punctual and reliable, and I appreciate that he calls ahead to alert me to any scheduling changes.

Everything is going well.  He's very reliable, his prices are reasonable, and his treatments are effective.  He has also done additional work for me at no extra cost.  Additionally, he does so well with the mosquito control that he works for three of my neighbors now.
