Steve did a great job on our plans. He had multiple copies of the plans (Builder, County. self), and delivered them to our home. He was also timely in producing the plans.

My experience with Superstruct was getting advice for the future project we plan to do. His approach to the project was very good and gave advice for additional work that could be done to improve the look of my house. Again this was strictly info for the future. He will work with contractors when we are ready to do the addition. I highly recommend him.

Although we are still involved in the process of developing and finalizing the plans, Steve is very responsive and flexible. We are planning to update a bedroom on our second floor to a bath and laundry. Steve's pointed out a number of thins like floor loads we wouldn't have though of. He's also very patient with us as we mull over various designs. Definitely worth the time and effort to work with an architect, especially Steve.

I had almost given up on the idea because of many negative comments from contractors. After listening attentively Steve produced the perfect plans.
