"Bassett was fast to respond to my inquiry on Home Advisor/Angi. They offered to evaluate my old boiler furnace that evening so we didn't have to miss work to be there. "He came in inspected the area, made suggestions on hot water heater replacements. Left to get the replacement, returned quickly, and installed unit with additional upgrades, plus offered and completed additional work to reduce the chance of having flooding problems damage my heater in the future!
