"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

"My only real complaint is with the EPA.  The Craig Thomas Rep explained that in years past, they could do the job in one (1) treatment.  The EPA put a stop to that and has since mandated that the treatments be spread out so as to expose the public to less harsh chemicals.  I was skeptical, but given the mess the EPA has created over the years with all their regulations I can see how this would be one of their requirements.  But that increased the cost and time to fix the problem. 







The initial treatment cost was$ 297.34 and then they require 6 more visits at $60.00 each.  Total coat  $657.34



But they treat the whole house, and garage as well as the affected area.  They took care of a wasp and hornet's nests I didn't even know I had. 







We always get a reminder call advising just when the Rep will be coming out.  We get a detailed printout of what was done with each treatment.  







We were originally advised that the initial treatment would not completely rid us of the bees. However, we no longer have to walk through a swarm of them to go into and out of the house.   With each treatment, we see less and less of the problem.







Bottom line: the service is a bit pricy, but what isn't these days. We have three (3) treatments to go and we are, so far, satisfied with the results.







I did not want to pay someone else less, only to have to call Craig Thomas back and have them do the job the right way.
