I can't rate the quality of cleaning but i can definitely rate the communication skills the owner posseses which is NONE. We were communicating and trying to set up a cleaning for our house and then, out of the blue, the lady disappeared without leaving a single word. Didn't respond to emails and texts. Very poor business qualities.
