"It was a pleasure working with Erik. After speaking with him directly more than once during our evaluation process, we agreed to hire Erik to perform a professional appraisal of our mother's home prior to offering it up for sale. His fee was competitive and more than fair. As a family, we agreed an independent appraisal was necessary to establish an accurate value of the home before we set a price. Erik arrived at the home at the prescribed time and, after reviewing again his process, he began his walk-through of the home and property and collecting photos of the home and grounds. He followed up with detailed questions to complete his information-gathering task.
