Description of Work: Service was really great; Richard arranged for the termite inspection as well. The detail & pictures on everything in the report was so good that we were able to attach a "checklist" of what the owner needed to repair to the purchase contract.

Description of Work: I can not say enough about Richard and luckily it's been already said on the previous reviews. They are true and accurate. He did a thorough inspection and was very helpful in explaining certain results. You can not go wrong choosing this guy.

Description of Work: Since Richard has an electrical background and this particular house had its share of electrical problems his expertise really put us at ease as to what we needed to replace. He was all over the house top to bottom I tagged along and he pointed out many areas that needed attention from the foundation to the roof. I learned a lot about the house and what I was getting into that was priceless to me. Overall it was a great experience I would recommend Richard again.
