"So I decided to remove the restrictor from my showerhead and the vent had trouble keeping up and removing the steam. The ceiling and walls were dripping water. I called Oz who had installed the bathroom to assist me and they were fantastic. They assessed the situation and had a manufacturer rep to test the unit which was fine. They then changed out the exhaust fan with a stronger one but there was minimal improvement. They then installed a dual-inlet unit and BINGO all was good."
