He instructed me how to balance out and maintain my water, which was very helpful, my Koi were very stressed and had algae growth on them. I did not have to isolate them. The new water and chemical balance is doing a fine job healing them I have already placed an order for some lily pads from him. He will be by soon to drop them off and have a chat.
