He was comfortable using photos as inspiration and developing a design that worked for my circumstances and budget. There were some areas I pushed him beyond the normal conventions of gate design (like size of main pillars and mix of materials). He always kindly shared his concerns and the norms of past customers, but never failed to find a way forward once he understand my aims. "the company installed two gates on driveway and one fence.  The workers were terrific  and added extra fencing so that the dog wouldn't go out.  I wish they had thought through the fence gate a lithe bit better.  The workers had to add an extra piece to the bottom so the dog couldn't get out.

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
