Adam performed a detailed inspection of a house that I had my heart set on buying. He told me what windows to chalk and what paint/rust product to use on a metal railing. He told me which windows were good and which ones needed replacing. He noticed an automatic garage door opener that was just slightly off kilter which he explained was slightly off because the garage was tilting! I never would have seen that! That was just the outside of the house! Then off to the inside of the house where Adam went room by room and gave me his comments on everything he saw, whether good comments or bad. Even better, he gave me advice on how to fix the problems. What a life saver! Needless to say, Adam saved me from spending a lot of money buying a house that just wasn't worth it.

Went very well. Adam is a nice and a very sociable guy to work with and very professional and honest. he came right on time, even though it was a cold winter day. Came fully equipped with all tools niecessary and was very courteous with a nice sense of humor. Has incredible energy and was clambering all over the house like Tarzan. he went into every nook and cranny that one could imagine including the attic and took detailed pictures of every single flaw however insignificant it may be. The report was surprisingly very very detailed (~45 pages) with nice pictures illustrating every flaw and mistake in the house with explanations and suggestions and professionally categorized into clear chapters. The report was in my hands in 24 hours. I bought the house about 6 months back and I am yet to find any problem that he overlooked. I would definitely recommend this person to anyone.

Holmes on Homes meets C.S.I.! --JUST ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSIVE. Arrived and started on exterior inspection well before I arrived. Took pictures and explained as he went along. Inspection took over four hours due to the intricate nature of house design and the fact that he had to work around movers. Emailed and mailed 43 page professional report the next day. Also included in the report was a maintenance plan. Because of the thoroughness of the inspection and issues found, was able to renegotiate deal with seller.

Adam was amazing. I found him on Angie's List and after the fact found out from a realtor friend that he is the best in the business. I first called Adam to feel him out and after a 20 minute conversation I knew that Adam was the guy. I have had home inspections before and Adam was by far the best all around guy. We set up the inspection about 10 days from first contact and we appointed for 10am but he informed me that he was going to get there an hour early to climb on the roof and take a look. I arrived there at 10am and Adam was finished with his roof inspection. He used a high quality digital camera and took about 20 pictures of every single flaw on the roof no matter how small. We then proceeded to do the inspection on the rest of the house. Adam spent 4 hours going through every single nook and cranny of the 2300 square foot house. The very next day he e-mailed me a copy of the report which was very detailed and had many pictures. 2 days later a hard copy was in my mail box. If you are going to get a home inspection done use this guy. Save your time looking (I did that for you) and give him a call.

It went very well. He met me at the house at the prearranged time, and was very thorough with his inspection. He took his time and explained everything as he went along, pointing out good points as well as possible problem areas. He went on the roof and up into the attic, which I understand is not always the case with inspectors. He took digital photos in each area which easily highlighted the existing or possible problems. His final report was computer generated, very easy to understand, and complete with photos. He was also very informative when I had questions after reading his report, and made me feel very comfortable about contacting him.
