"Joel went over why it was cold and how it could be fixed. He went over two different options on how it could be fixed. 1- dense packed cellulose 2- spray foam. I choose the spray foam option. A week later they removed my garage ceiling and spray foamed it with closed cell spray foam and he even had a great dry wall guy he recommend.
