"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"Technicians arrived on time and wore shoe coverings and respected my home while they were working. After they were done, you never knew they were here, other than a fresh smelling scent because the ducts have been cleaned"

"This is a fantastic company and a fantastic service. If you have never had your air ducts cleaned, I would strongly suggest that you do so."

"Bates Absolute Steam Cleaning are professional and do a fantastic job. They truly aim to please. They were prompt in arrival, did a thorough vacuuming before they applied the treatment and then did the actual deep cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that the rug was only slightly damp after the cleaning and thoroughly dry before l retired for the evening."

"They were very good. Cleaned three bedrooms, landing and stairway. They were very nice and we were very happy with the job."

"I had called late in the day on Friday and the shop was just about closed, but we set up a time for them to meet my family member at the condo on Saturday - not considered overtime for Ye Ole Locksmith as it was for others I checked.
Before they got there, the agent brought the rest of the keys that we should have received at closing, so all that was needed now was to rekey the locks.
Ye Ole Locksmith arrived promptly, and in fact, called to say he would be a little late, but was only a few minutes late. He did a great job, offered advice on a couple security issues with the various locks, made extra copies, and was very nice and professional. He was quick, efficient, and I thought the cost was very reasonable, particularly since any other locksmith I could find would have charged double for the Saturday service call.
I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them. I've added them to my favorites!
